The lots are supposed to be mowed by the City . Weed eating is the lot renters responsibility. Please fix the club house situation. Movie night , Pokino, Bingo so much fun.

Absolutely OVER PRICED and my husband and I felt extremely discriminated against. Found out this is ran by the city and they will not allow anyone under age 55 even if your assisting with the aftermath of hurricane Ian.

Very nice comunity for a 55 and older. Everyone gets along with everyone. They also have comunity lunches once a month for everyone to meet and greet. And also has a fellowship hall for everyone to relax .

Very quiet park so far, been here three months. No real facilities to speak of. But it’s in Arcadia and close to everything. Not that there’s that much in Arcadia to begin with. Rent is cheap and includes electricity.
