We picked this tour the day before we went , and so glad we did! They responded right away with pick up time and location right at our hotel. Bob the owner was right on time and was our personal tour guide . He was great and probably the best guide to have because of his experience and knowledge of the area. He explained everything about Laughlin and surrounding towns and Route 66. Met some of his acquaintances along the way and enjoyed his company. The old mining town of Oatman was incredibile and to see and hand feed the Burro’s that just roam around freely was awesome! ! ( watch out not to step on the road apples) lol !
We would highly recommend taking this tour and any tour they provide!

I would recommend this tour to all, and especially to those who need a little extra help in life. Being a small group tour, Brandon, our tour guide, was able to give that extra help with senior service of having a walker and adjusted the tour to accommodate the limited walking my husband had so we all could enjoy the views and the tour.
Brandon is very knowledgable of the area and of many other things going on out there to do.
I looked at many tours from Vegas area and this on meet my needs and I was not disappointed in the tour or the service!

We took the horseback tour out of Kingman, AZ. Wow! The scenery was gorgeous! The two horseback guides (Jennifer and Cote I think), the driver (tvBob) to get us there and the singing cowboy (cowboy Dave) were all full of knowledge and gave us so much information on the history. Lunch was great! It was a spectacular ride and journey. I would do this again.

I have visited Las Vegas over 10 times and taken tours on most trips. As a result, it became increasingly difficult to find something “different” to see and do. However, I was instantly intrigued when I came across the Oatman Mining Village, Route 66 & Electric Vehicle Museums last fall. It definitely sounded interesting. The only issue was that I could not book a single ticket through TripAdvisor. So, I reached out to Robert Walton, Owner/Founder of Desert Wonder Adventures. He immediately reassured me that they remained open for discussion and not to be concerned. As my May 2024 trip got closer, I stayed in contact through e-mail and phone. Finally, a week before departure, I received an e-mail saying that while my chosen date was not possible, he could accommodate me on the tour one day earlier if I was interested, which I was. I was impressed that they did not forget about me before booking.
On the day of the tour, our guide, Jeff, picked me up at my hotel before we headed off to Laughlin to pick up the rest of our group (a total of five guests). Jeff was an excellent tour guide, providing a wealth of knowledge about the stops on our tour and the area in general. He was also able to connect with every person on the tour, discussing their interests.
As we made our way to Oatman, AZ, the stops along the route were a delightful surprise. The Electric Vehicle Museum provided a fascinating insight into the area’s early settlement and the long history of electric vehicles. A pit stop at Cool Springs allowed us to stretch our legs and take in the stunning landscape. The journey through the switchbacks was a thrilling adventure in itself.
We finally arrived in Oatman, the "star" of our tour. We got to see a staged gunfight and interacted with the donkeys that freely roam the street. At the start of the tour, Jeff asked us if anyone was on schedule and had to get back to their hotel by a specific time. Since no one had any post-tour plans, it made the day less rushed and more relaxing. As a result, everyone went off to explore the town on their own. My first order of business was to head to the restaurant, where I got to enjoy their special Buffalo burger.
All in all, it was a fantastic day and a great tour. If you have the time, I would highly recommend trying it out. It’s fun, even a bit educational. You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend Desert Wonder Tours. Bob Walton is absolutely the best and so wonderful to book a tour with. I can't say enough about how nice this man is. Our guide, Brandon, was also the best. He went above and beyond our expectations. So friendly and knowledgeable. This company knows how to please their customers and you can tell they enjoy their jobs.

My husband & I did the Wine & Distillery tour. Desert Wonder Tours' guide Brandon met us promptly at our scheduled time. Friendliness right from the start and we could immediately sense his wealth of knowledge and passion for Nevada and Arizona. Our tour at Route 66 Museum had history explained to us by Brandon with such enthusiasm. It was a perfect day with the best stops. Steve at Little Old Wine Drinkers Winery had us entertained with his dry sense of humor... awesome wine also! John from Desert Diamond Distillery said his rum is the best in the World and we can say it's the best we tasted to date - even better than the Caribbean. Our lunch (Sirens Cafe) with beer stop (Black Bridge Brewery) was the perfect pairing to end off our tour. Thank you Bob for planning and Brandon for executing a perfect tour - we can honestly say we've traveled worldwide and this is our best tour yet!!! We've enjoyed our adventure so much we've booked another tour when we are back in Nevada in 2 months time.
