i just wanna say that this place has made a lot of core memories for me, since i grew up here. So i just wanna thank you for making these memories possible and i miss everyone i was friends with here, since we never talk anymore and wish i could just go back to when i was younger, playing outside with friends and just cherishing the great memories i never knew i would’ve had. I often get sad thinking about this place just cause i often miss it and wish i could talk to everyone i grew up with and talked to here. So thank you so much for the great memories and friendships i had here.

Looked at a place here last year and I was not impressed with the management or the appearance of the park all around. A friend that lives here convinced me to come take another look and WOW!! The place has did a complete 360! Kyle was very welcoming and super friendly. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions even though I am not looking to move until my lease is up in January. I will definitely be back to purchase a home from him! Thanks again Kyle for all your help! 🙂

New management has been working very hard! They always mow around the lake and have really spruced up the place. He is very kind and professional. I'm very glad they have taken things over! Also the monthly news letter is cool! I'm definitely happy living here!

By far the best place I've applied to live at. Super flexible and understanding. There's a large fishing pond on the property. I cannot wait until spring when we can fish and walk around the trailers. Super close to restaurants, the airport and my workplace. Yet we're kinda out in the country so it's super peaceful. Can't wait to move in! 🏡

This place has been awful as all get out for a LONG time. Grew up here. Still have family and friends here. Seems like they MIGHT finally have some decent management in there. We'll see.
*UPDATE* Nothing has gotten better like I thought it would. The current manager Debbie is definitely NOT who I would trust with my enemy's plants on a vacation let alone left to be in charge of multiple people's HOMES. There was a break in the main line and it's causing horrible septic issues for more than enough homes to be made a public sanitation issue and she feels this is the RENTERS problem to fix. She hires "maintenance people" who are either unlicensed or unknowledgeable about what they're sent out to fix, or some lovely combo of the two. Not to mention when professional companies are called out to double check problems she then has her people "fix" the issues and then tries to slap the renter with the bill. Btw "fixes" in this park include painting over black mold in bathrooms more often than not, and then selling those homes to families with children of all ages, reselling mobile homes that have water damage, caving in roofs and floors, and on and on. This is NOT the place to live. Do not trust this place. Do not move here.

All I have to say is and I'll say it again thank you for wasting our time trying to buy out a trailer we were really hoping to get so we had a place to go but unfortunately the guy who we spoke with supposed to be related to our family decided to quit his job and left us guessing, ghosted us and never got paperwork turned in, therefore this place has never changed since the day we left 15 years ago, full of lies & B's and I'm glad that whoever does live there are more than lucky to have a place to call home unlike those who really need it. Still not a good environment if the qualifications can't be fulfilled by a very poor excuse of a company
