This is a fraudulent operation. They are no way a part of Delta airlines. They were trying to scam my father-n- law with a fake flagged departure and was trying to get hundreds of dollars to change flights that they have no authorization to do so. There's a lady with an east Indian accent pretending to be a customer service agent. She's a fraudulent low down dirty individual that's probably scamming many elderly plane riders across the nation. I will report this to the nearest authorities and F.B.I.
