yeah, Shouldnt be labelled as a hostel, more like a low cost shelter. Front door broken, a sign to go around back, not nice in freezing weather, the alley is filled of ice.. turns out they do open if you bang on door.... check in fellow was nice helped with bag up stairs, broken english, didnt show me how to open the back door. Came late, couldnt find the door, no signs banged for an hour in the cold, someone angry opened.. the door handle barely works, same with room door, hurt hand. Bathroom ok, not the dirtiest place but certainly room floors not clean, dirt in corners. Not even mattresses, some rubber wrapped odd thing. Homeless looking people and odd crazy people. At night, 2 huge rats in kitchen. Day worker can be pleasant then rude, some cultural thing. I went to get my food and someone stole it from fridge. No surprise...

The worst hotel i have ever been to.

Rooms
I took a private room but it has no windows. They crank up the heat so high you cant sleep without opening the door but you cant open the door because they have people yelling at night at each other for some reason

Property
The property is in shambles. It has one bathroom on each floor. There is no shower on the second floor so you have to line up each morning if you have to take a shower on the 2nd floor

Cleanliness is non existent since you find hair everywhere

Safety wise this place is also questionable because seeing the people who live downstairs you would feel they are homeless

On our last day the second floor bathroom got clogged, first floor door is locked from inside and the ground floor has poop all over so we had to go outside

Never again

Positive: You get what you pay for. Check in before 9:30 or you are outside for the night and out of money. Read absolutely everything. Negative: People ringing doorbell at we hour of morning because they missed check in. And they always angry. Policy states don't let anyone in.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend staying at this hostel. The rooms are very small and dirty, there are no curtains which means it doesn't get dark in the rooms at night and the blankets had stains and seemed very old. There are three bathrooms. However, only one of them has a hot shower- which is used by at least 30 people! The bathrooms and the kitchen were overall very dirty (btw there are no kitchen utensils and only a microwave for cooking). The only good thing about this hostel is the location but apart from that there's really nothing good to say about it.

Look for another place .

Check in on time because they do cancel reservations and you'll be left on the street even though the reservation email says room guaranteed for check in day. But luckily was able to get bed with front desk with missing reservation. AC working great on hot days.

Never again. Female dorm has no window curtains, mattress is dented in the center and badly stained. 3 toilet+shower in the entire building, third floor's toilet door is busted, second floor unit has no hot water and low water pressure, that left you with the 1 unit for the entire building. Toilet paper is always running low, hand soap is a joke, fully diluted in water and no bubble, paper towel only in the kitchen, no place to sit and eat except the tiny table and two chairs next to kitchen. Stairs are made of wood, you can hear footsteps up and down all night long.
