clean comfortable beds, newly redone floors. showers are clean but old, hot water is nice and shower pressure is nice. pool is clean. breakfast isn’t anything to write home about.. i was looking for a clean inexpensive stay while i visit family and i definitely got that. would recommend.

This is a pet friendly establishment. Great place for the family vibe as well. The rooms, the lobby, and all the room buildings are being redone/ revamped, but still clean, there's some patchwork in the walls and bathroom touch up still needs done, to be expected during construction. But it was still clean and dust free considering the scale of construction going on. If you're traveling the 10, across country, also, please reach out to the Ft. Stockton Days Inn. They're a good spot too. they're rooms are set up very nice. If you're headed east... stay there too. As far as this Tuscon Az. location, I would gladly stay here again.

They did not warn Us in advance that the lobby was under construction and there was dust debris and plastic sheets hanging everywhere. We asked for towels two days in a row they knew there was going to be four females three teenagers and one adult and they left house for two one whole day when ignored and the next day I had to actually walk into the lobby and ask her and it took the gentleman 3 hours to bring them. We were in Tucson for a concert. The hotel is old and they are trying to remodel it
The room had dead roaches which I cleaned.

The room was clean. Shower had good water pressure. Staff was friendly. The waffle batter wasn't diluted so the waffles turned out terrific.

Big shout out to Cynthia who took care of me tonight. She helped me out a lot without going into details, I think she exudes the customer service we all hope to experience. She was professional, kind, but most importantly, welcoming. I really enjoyed the greeting, the stay and the experience. I'll be back and whomever I reading this, I hope you check it out too.

This place is horrible. I had roaches crawling around my room, stains on the walls and furniture, poorly patched holes and an outlet barely held in place. I didn't end up staying, I left and got a room at a different hotel.

This place is a complete joke. They are in serious need of MORE updates. There are a lot of homeless or ppl that are affiliated with drugs at the hotel and in the area. I stayed in rm 107 and 110. On the back side(rm 110), I heard ppl knocking on doors and talking thru the night. I saw four roaches during my stay. The so called breakfast they offer is grab and go with Nature Valley bars, things like that. The only thing hot was the waffle maker and coffee. Using the purple cleaner fabuloso in a bowl as air freshner for the lobby...WOW. Either they need to burn that place to the ground and start over, or get new management in there. Only thing good was the lady that checked me in to rm 107

The service at the hotel was great. The lady at the front desk was courteous and kind. Rooms are a little dated but the beds were unexpectedly comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay.
