First of all, we were never contacted the day before our tour to let us know when we would be picked up. We had to call your office at 8 pm at night to find out that we would be picked up at 3 am the next morning. We had to call 3 different times to get our tickets for the bus and train. We should have been in bed to get ready for the upcoming day, but we were stressing out about our tickets.

Once on the van, we made several stops to pick up other tourists. When we arrived at the last hotel, the van full of people waited about 20 minutes for the tourists on this last pick up. When we finally questioned the driver what was taking so long, we found out that they were in the hotel eating breakfast! That is not acceptable when the rest of us had woken at 2:30 am to make this trip.

The other connections for the train and bus went fine, until we arrived at the train station to catch your van back to Cusco. Your driver met us, but there were not enough seats on the van for everyone. How can this happen!! You scheduled this tour and overbooked the van ride home. Your driver pulled off 2 female tourists who were from Canada and could not speak the language. They then tried to pull my party of 4 off the van to wait for another van. We were told that the next van would arrive in 20 minutes. Thankfully my husband speaks spanish and told them that we would not get off the van and that your services were unacceptable. Believe me, it was fight. The Canadian women were outside in the cold crying. Your co driver stayed behind with the Canadians. My son rode up front with his wife and was able to hear the conversations your driver had as he kept calling the co driver to see if they had been picked up yet. Those poor Canadian women and your co driver were not picked up until we were passing the airport in Cusco! This type of service is totally unacceptable. You will be getting my terrible review on Google and Yelp.
