They catered our Christmas supper for our plant and it was absolutely horrible. There was tons of skin and bones in my turkey, everything tasted like it pretty much came out of a can or a stove top box... I got one bite of peach cobbler and it tasted nothing like peaches. Just raw dough and not sweet. I was left extremely disappointed with tons of heartburn and indigestion. Would not recommend. 😑

Two of my coworkers recommended Crystals Catering to me for my wedding next year. I contacted her via email asking if she was available, and at the time, she informed me that she had some availability that day and proceeded to ask more questions about the event. I responded answering her questions. A month went by without a response, but because she was highly recommended, I waited for a response. During that month, I sent follow up emails with no response. I tried contacting her through Facebook since it seemed that email was not the preferred method of contact with no response again. I called the number provided with an answer. When introducing myself, she knew what I was calling about and was short with me and rude on the phone. She said that my inquiry was in a different pile on her desk and that she is now fully booked the day of my wedding, which would have been helpful to know so that I could try to find other caterers. She also informed me that "She doesn't cater for people she doesn't know." With that being said, that would have been extremely helpful to know months ago so that I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting for a response. I didn't want to contact anyone else because of how highly recommended she was by my coworkers and because she has catered events for my employer, as well.

INCREDIBLE ... Excellent food - the brisket was amazing, her signature salad is delicious and the dessert bar she prepared was outstanding. Very friendly staff. Lots of helpful advice if you need it and her years of experience really pay off. She has great suggestions and helps you make the best decisions for food and set up for the group you are planning for. We recommend Crystal for any event, big or small. Thank you for a fairytale night!!!

Crystals Catering ruined our reception! The food was cold and tastless. Our guest went next door to eat. How embarrassing for us. The cakes looked like elementary kids made and decorated them. The lemonade and tea didn't have sugar in it they had to go buy sugar packets.The cupcakes were dry. We spent a lot of money we could have got a better party at McDonald's. We brought this to her attention but she didn't want to hear none of it. She left us out in the cold like her service and food!
