I stayed at this hotel many times. It is always clean and quiet. The food is good and the staff are always pleasant. It is at a convenient location to Portsmouth with a parking lot. They have a shuttle service to get downtown but I have always driven and had no trouble finding parking. I Highly recommend

Positives are that hotel is a Nice location right off the highway if one is driving at night and tired. There is ample parking with no charge. Room is spacious.|Last time I stayed in Portsmouth I stayed in its charming city, so I prefer being in the center of things and walkabity. |No free breakfast or coffee but a $10 credit if one is a high status Bonvoy member .|Disliked that soaps were not filled completely . .

Older hotel but the rooms have been re-done- I was very happy with the room I had-- I would have loved to stay longer. I was on the front of the building with a balcony room- Plenty of space, great furniture-- large desk area- very impressed! The staff at check in, the hosted dinner, and the bar tender were very pleasant. This was a great experience even though it was just overnight.

The good: Easy check in and friendly service. Everything looked clean. We had suite and it was very spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and also appeared very clean and the pillows were great. The so so to not so good: The couch was a sleeper sofa on one side so wasnt very comfortable to sit on but it wasnt horrible. The room appeared a little dated (70s ish) but im think that was by design. I hope. The pool area was clean and spacious but the water was FREEZING. The shower was also very clean but VERY SLIPPERY. My wife almost fell. The 1 cup coffee maker doesnt work unless you hold the button down until the cup is full. The room darkening shades in the bedroom wouldnt close all the way. We had to rig up something to keep them closed as the parking lot lights were just outside. Breakfast was not included in the price.

I think a 4 star review is perfect for this spot! It is continently located slightly off 95 while also being closely located to the hustle and bustle of downtown Portsmouth. Also close enough to cross the bridge over into Maine so great spot for tourists to visit both Portsmouth and Maine. Staff was friendly and welcoming both during check-in and check-out as well as a friendly bartender at their in house bar/restaurant. They also mentioned a shuttle available to bring you around the area that is a great addition. The hotel bar being open for a late night drink or in our case a slice of cheesecake was perfect.

For the room sake it was decent and kinda what you’d expect. Nothing over the top but comfortable enough for a night. The bed was a little shorter than I expected and I say that as someone not really that tall so keep that in mind. Overall a solid spot to stay if you want to be around Portsmouth but not my favorite hotel I have stayed at.

We thought the hotel was decent until a sex toy (a butt plug 😳) was found (by a child) behind the couch. Managment did switch the room which would have made up for it... but the day after check out we were charged for 4 rooms instead of two (not even counting the comped room that the butt plug was found in). I called the hotel and the person at the front desk told me there was nothing he could do about it and told me I would need to speak with somone in accounting and transfered me. Apparently there is only ONE person that can handle this and her voicemail stated that I should expect a call back in 3-5 days. So now am out $880 EXTRA ($1,760 total) until this ONE person decides to fix it. I am beyond irritated and will not be returning to this hotel! If zero stars was an option that's what they would be getting!

Evidently, if a Courtyard has a “pretend” Starbucks, it will not provide regular black coffee for guests for free. The only coffee you get is the coffee pot in your room, which is terrible.|Starbucks doesn't allow it.|$ 3.99 for a small black coffee with nothing in it is ridiculous.

This place is so nice!! It's close to all kinds of big box stores and restaurants, but It's off the beaten path and it's so cozy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant actually had good food. The indoor pool was great. The rooms were very nice. Our bed was super comfortable. I really liked that we could|Log into our streaming services on the TV. My family and I were super impressed with this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend
