I wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. As long-time members of this hotel chain, we’ve stayed at many locations over the years, but this one truly stands out as one of our absolute favorites!

The room cleanliness was exceptional. Every detail was attended to with care, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. It’s always a relief to arrive at a room that feels fresh, spotless, and welcoming.

The breakfast was equally impressive! The selection was both delicious and varied, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone in our group. It was the perfect way to start each day of our stay, and we truly appreciated the quality and variety offered.

The staff at this location deserves a special mention. From the front desk team specifically a gentleman in the morning and another gentleman in the afternoon to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived, and that kind of customer service makes all the difference.

Additionally, the shuttle service is a fantastic convenience.

Overall, this Country Inn & Suites has solidified itself as one of our top favorites, and we look forward to returning again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

We used this hotel as part of a Park, Sleep and Fly package, staying here at the beginning and end of our international trip. We loved the friendly staff, shuttle to and from the airport, clean rooms and breakfast. We were able to leave our car here for the entire time we were gone. Location is close to the airport and lots of good restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed Mangia Napoli!

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The entire place is just dirty and grimy. The elevator looked like it hasn’t been swept and mopped for week, the rooms have stains every where and dirt in the every corner of the wall trim. My fiance and I love to book hotels with hot tubs when we go out of town so we were looking forward to using the hot tub for the weekend. when we went down to the pool area the entire floor was filthy that you didn’t want to walk barefoot on, and the hot tub was urine colored. When my fiance went and informed the front desk worker he said “there isn’t anything we can do until tomorrow morning when maintenance arrives.” When we asked again in the morning before we left for the city he said “maintenance will had more shock to it to clean it out.” When we got back to the hotel 9 hours later the hot tub was still in the pissy water condition it was the night prior.

Great service and wonderful employees. Room and stay were perfect. The pool was nice and clean along with the hot tub. Breakfast was good every morning. Liked the local food and drinks. Plenty of fun things to do and sights to see. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very welcoming. I had an easy check in and check out… upon entering the room it smelled fresh and felt clean, renovated rooms has good design. Good breakfast options. My personal favorite was waffle…..will surely be back when in town.

Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Chris was amazing. Went above and beyond to accommodate all my family the days we stayed at the hotel. Every morning Maria I believe was her name; received us with warm breakfast. Overall everything was wonderful. Will definitely visit them again when I'm in the area.

traveling out of town, used this hotel for park and stay. check-in online, no drama. room 328 - clean and spacious, king sized medium firm memory foam mattress incredibly comfortable. room was clean, floors were clean, no odors. sheets were pristine white and soft af. quiet floor, room is near elevator and never heard other guests. hot breakfast offerings - the gravy and biscuits were better than any other chains’ offering i ever tried. coffee too - and i hate every hotel’s coffee. i assume this location cleans their pots and carafes. shuttle service to hotel was on time. we will definitely use this hotel again for future travel when flying.

Had to adjust our reservation last minute. AP was super helpful. Have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. 15 min shuttle to ORD. Very convenient. Room was clean. I’ll definitely be back next time we fly!
