My representative there is Allie. I cannot say enough good things about her. She always lets me know when there are sales, new products and she goes out of her way to find products that my customers are requesting. My sales rep is Samer and I couldn't ask for a better rep. He always answers my calls and treats me like I'm his best client even though my orders are far from the largest. It's this kind of customer service that gets lost in today's economy but not at Midwest. I've gone through multiple wholesalers and ceased doing business with them because Midwest always treats me with respect. If you are a retailer of vapes, call and ask for the Sales Manager Samer to get set up. That way you can see for yourself that my review is spot-on. And I'm not getting any kind of compensation for this review so don't think that's why I'm leaving this review. There's just too many wholesalers that are headaches waiting to happen. Midwest and Samer make it one less problem to deal with. Plus they have incredible deals. Check them out.

Once again these people showed their real face. Wants you to work with them but gives you the worst service possible. If you have any problem with a product just consider NO from them.

Decent prices but terrible at keeping items in stock, even worse return policy (will literally make any excuse for not taking a product back), customer service is poor, slow shipment and they charge the most for shipping. Picture is one example of a product that had discoloration they wouldn't accept a return.

Update. So after me posting this review I received a call from them, and they claimed all the items they have in the warehouse of the attached picture is discolored and tried to claim that is how its suppose to look which is definately not true, but it supports one of my original complaints. Then they offered me a store credit of $6.50 to remove this review. To quote our youth, bruh.
