My wife Michelle was contacted immediately after getting home from the hospital. The next morning morning he showed up at the beginning time of his estimated visit time. He took time to explain everything in detail and answered any questions we had. He was super polite and wonderful people skills. We were very happy.

Called to tell Adapt my oxygen machine had stopped working. They sent David out within an hour to replace it! David is always friendly and very helpful!!!

Turned in prescription for crutches on January 13, said they would be sent to my house.
Two weeks later I Called and they couldn't find me in computer, on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back... they hung up on me. Now today they say they need more info from doctor Haven't ordered anything!!
Why didn't anyone call me or tell me when I was there? Terrible way to do business......
