Our first time driving this way through California. We weren’t sure about the weather so we decided to stop here. I had called the hotel earlier and I spoke to the very friendly woman at the front desk. ||We had asked for a room on the top floor which was nice and quiet. There isn’t an elevator, but that wasn’t a problem for us.||Several places to eat are nearby.||The room had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Great pillows!||Breakfast was the usual things. All was good.

I've never had a manager call me a week later to make sure everything was back in my account as it should be. She also made sure to get the overdraft fee covered as well...Kayla went above and beyond her duties to follow up! Thank you!

This hotel and this chain of hotels will do you dirty! I've been charged twice for this room! When talking to the manager she reassured me she refunded my money and instead another charge came out! So I call corporate. They can't help me at all, that this is a hotel problem, and oh by the way it will take 3 to 5 business days to even get a refund. In the meantime I'm OVERDRAWN $145. Tjis is the first and last time i stay at this hotel! The only compensation I was offered by either entity was...

I expected better after reading the reviews. Huge unknown stain on carpet, chair was stained, one pillow had a stain, and room smelled like cheap perfume. The bed was TOO soft, it felt like we were sinking into the bed. Pillows were also TOO soft. Walls were thin. It was not a quiet night. My husband and I did not get a restful sleep. When we were packing up to leave I found a dead roach under the bed!! Gross. Only nice thing was the person that checked us in was friendly and they allow pets, we had our dog with us.

Walls/floors are thin. I was listening to the people above my room watch TV, talk, and move things around till almost 2am. I had to be up at 5:30. Not fun.
The breakfast was average.

This room was a case of you get what you pay for. So when taking that into consideration, it was good for the price.

This is my go to hotel when staying in Yreka the staff is always very friendly and happy to help make the stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are always clean. The breakfast is good always something a little different each day. Overall the best place to stay while in Yreka!

This hotel is a bit hard to find, but the room was neat and clean and the freeway noise was almost non-existent. The morning breakfast was very good, and the price was very attractive especially when compared to other nation chain hotels in the immediate area. We give this Comfort Inn two thumbs-up and we will definitely stay there again when we travel through the area.

Comfortable and close to everything. This hotel is right off the freeway and sits next to a Taco Bell and Mcdonalds. There is a pool, but it's very small. The pool is strangely small and next to the drive through for Taco Bell. We didn't use the pool. Our room. which was also a little small was very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy and soft. The freeway noise was muffled from a cargo container about 10 feet from the window. There were blackout shades. There was a desk and a reading chair. The bathroom had sundries and a blowdryer. The shower pressure wasn't great. the breakfast which consisted of make it yourself waffles, muffins, and powdered eggs, potatoes, and sausage. All was inedible. There's a Black Bear across the street with a Starbucks. We went to both and were pleased. The hotel and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed two days and had a very relaxing weekend. Even though our room was across the hallway from the lobby, vending machines, and the cleaning room, we heard nothing. We also heard no freeway noise. I would stay here again based on how comfortable it was and within walking distance of everything.

Clean rooms, good beds, no smells! I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Yreka travelling between OR and CA. This one is by far the best value - quality is on par with the Holiday Inn/Best Western in town while prices are below Super 8 rates often.

Only downside is they close the lobby at night and make you check in over time thru a glass window - definitely does not do the hotel any favors and leaves the impression that it’s sketchy (even if it’s safe).
