This trip was amazing. First, the bus was on time. Second, the driver was entertaining throughout the trip. Lastly, the Hoover Dam & the Grand Canyon was awesome! The continental bfkt & deli lunch was enough. Anything heavier would've slowed us down walking. I appreciated the multiple rest stops to avoid using the restrHison the bus. The unlimited water kept us hydrated,but what goes in had to come out sooner or later. Ha! The only draw back was I got the feeling the driver really didn't like ppl of color, but remained professional throughout the duration of the trip. His one on one interaction was short & dry. Totally opposite of his demeanor while giving the tour.

Recently took the Grand Canyon tour. The bus was on time at the pick up location. The bus was neat and clean. Paul (tour host) was very polite and knowledgeable. No concerns with the tour except that the bus stopped at a dump for lunch. Why did we pass up large clean establishments with working bathrooms for a hole in the wall deli with locked bathrooms and toilets that didn't flush. What's up with that ?

My other concern was that Paul denigrated (over the bus speakers) people living in poverty in communities along the route to the Grand Canyon. Many on the bus were feeling very uncomfortable with some of the comments. Why make fun of the less fortunate? Just stick to neutral topics- some people on the bus had relatives in those same communities.

I loved everything! The only thing I would add is to drive the entire strip afterwards and tell us the story before taking us back to our hotels. It was very informative, professional and I loved it! Best compliment to my husband's birthday trip!

We took the West rim grand canyon tour with Christianson Tours, it was a confusing start as they told us pick up from our hotel Caesars Palace and confirmed this day before tour, at same time had email from Sweetours who apparently actually run the tour, saying pick up was from another hotel about 20 minutes walk away. I checked again with both companies and Sweetours confirmed their pick up point, didnt get courtesy of reply from Christianson. Any how tour was excellent, driver Charlie was very knowledgeable and full of fun, he couldn't have been a better host, well done Charlie. We would advise, this a very long day, although coach well air conditioned and plentiful water provided we were picked up at 6.15am and got back at 7.30pm, two and a half hours later than published. Also we wished we had booked the breakfast as that looked well organised. Would recommend this tour, great value.

First I have to say we were so excited and ready to visit The Grand Canyon South Rim. A dream of mine for years. For this trip we were taking our 16 year old daughter. The day before the tour we received a call from Linda (wonderful customer service) who explained due to the weather conditions the trip had to be cancelled. We were beyond upset except Linda helped us realize instead of getting a full refund we should go on the West Rim tour. Well it was such a phenomenal and wonderful trip. The views, the pictures
and especially Jerry with all his knowledge made our Grand Canyon road trip one for the books. I must also say that Patrick our driver was so on point with his driving that I was able to take a few short naps here and there 😂 He returned us safely even after driving through a rainstorm.
Patrick and Jerry are the perfect team and having Linda as a customer service representative makes the name of the Tour Company a perfect fit. Our daughter was so happy and we have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to all of you at Sweet Tours.

The folks at Sweet Tours are awesome. Everyone was very kind. Carlos and Art kept us safe and were on time for each of our stops. They were flexible and gave us time to wander and appreciate the beauty of the land. Although we initially wanted to see the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, due to the inclement weather (that did indeed come) we were able to experience the West Rim with Sweet Tours as our guide. Art shared a lot of interesting information about the area. As a science teacher, I’m happy to have gained some new facts about the area. It would be awesome to include more cultural information about the Native people who live/lived in the areas we traveled through. This was a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the Canyon views from Guano Point! Carlos did a great job getting us around, making sure everyone was taken care of, and navigating through that rain. I plan on re-booking with Sweet Tours for the South Rim when I come back to Nevada. Thank you Sweet Tours!

Sweet Tours was fantastic! I’m (27F) usually a bit of a nervous traveler and typically worry about the safety of certain events for which I didn’t receive a prior recommendation. Thus, I was very pleased by this company! Sweet Tours texts the day before to confirm location of pick up (even including pictures/directions). They also text the morning of to let you know that the bus is on the way. I greatly appreciate the organization/communication. Our driver, Wally, was also wonderful! He was a very experienced driver and was able to give lovely tidbits about the surrounding history throughout our journey. We took a quick detour at the Hoover Dam and then went on to the Grand Canton West. This day trip was the perfect amount of time. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas! Furthermore, I would gladly book with this company again.
