Today was my family of 4 first time going and we LOVED IT! Staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Walked us through the process and purchasing tickets online was smooth. This place is worth every prenup and not bad on prices. Parents can just spectate if they would like I believe it’s $10 for parents to play with which my husband and I did. We have a 7 & 4 year old did the 90 minutes with an extra 30 and they have a ball!!! They were entertained and played from the beginning to the end. They are adding to the place adding a bar for adults I can’t wait to see the expansion. Bathroom were very cleaned smelled great they have a sanitizer/soap dispenser inside the stalls for use to wipe the toilets prior to sitting. We will be back!

Me and the family recently went there and we loved it. Nice clean facility. The staff were amazing very kind and professional. Their prices were reasonable, we purchased the membership Where kids can come in play every day for two hours use their energy and interaction skills with other children.

My 5 year old had a blast! I noticed one of the slides he was afraid to go down when we first got there by the time we were leaving one of the workers were giving the kids a boost on going down. That alone made my heart smile that was so nice of him, to see workers actually enjoying their job meant a lot . My son was having so much fun while I was getting a massage in the massage chair which was cool for the waiting parents! The workers were very attentive on watching the kids to assure safety which made it where I can relax also. I can go on and on Keep up the good work! We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful clean environment for your kids! We are currently in the building they keep everything so clean and sanitized , my son is 5 and he absolutely loves it here! The staff and general manager is super friendly and kind! & they even have a little area where we can buy our gifts snacks and drinks for a reasonable price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🎀💓

Had a party here for our child and family. When we arrived party was scheduled for the wrong time. Our room was not on the reservation nor did we have a table. We had to scramble to get everything ready while our guests were waiting. No structure for party check in or wrist bands. Our pizza order was wrong causing half of our guests to not eat and the other half to eat cold pizza. Drinks were not refrigerated and no ice. The manager Joseph said he would give us an extra hour of play time since the pizzas were late then didn’t think we would catch the charges and had to speak to them to remove them. He’s a joke with no care for service of making it right. Amanda our host was great but was our party host and was stuck on the front since no one else would help her. Looks fine to jump but don’t book your party here. Go somewhere else until they get new management or someone that cares, save yourself the headaches.

I had an amazing experience at the newly opened bounce house park! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Staff is very unenthused to be there. We were greeted with, "What do you want?". After taking a look at what I was charged, I was ripped off. Charged $62.79 for my daughter and myself and a pair of socks each. For 90 mins per their pricing, it should have been $25(myself)+$15(daughter)+$8(2 pairs of socks)=$48. This was brought to the attention of whom I thought was a manager or owner, as she walked up to us as we were ready to leave and asked us how we liked the place. After stating that I think I was overcharged. She shrugged and walked away to talk to someone else. Additionally, they were playing nursery rhymes for a majority of the music, which is a pretty odd choice for an establishment that seems to be build more for older children, teens and adults(wall climbs, steep drops, aerial jungle gyms, etc). Situational, but my daughter who is autistic has a complex with nursery rhymes, so we had to pause and cover our ears every time that came on. Would not recommend. Most of the bad reviews mention blatant overcharging. The place is having an identity crisis and the staff doesn't seem to give a care/is seemingly willing to take more than advertised.
