We absolutely LOVE Altitude! I got my kids their season passes, and we use the heck out of them! There are always plenty of employees supervising, and they have lots of areas for different age groups!

The kids absolutely love it here. Shout out to Christopher for being an awesome member of their team. He makes sure the kids are having fun and stay safe. My son was having a difficult time and he went out of his way to help him. A little kindness really spoke loudly. So I hope he gets rewarded because he deserves it! I will recommend this place to everyone simply because the staff is so great. They create and maintain a safe and fun environment even when kids are chaotic or moody. Have brought the kids in all energy levels and moods and still haven’t had a bad experience.

It’s our favorite trampoline park to enjoy with my daughter and friends for many reasons:
1. It’s a clean place.
2. They have a nice staff .
3. You can feel safe because the people following the instructions and the staff always is alert.
4. Good prices for snacks and food.
5. Clean restrooms even though the place are crowded.
6. Great parties with nice staff who are helping you all the time, so you just have to enjoy the party and share with your guests.
7. They have a different activities for all ages.
8. It’s a big place and has a good lighting.

Definitely I recommend this place for everyone.

We loved it! Was not sure how packed it would be on a Saturday night but Going at night was great! It was not too crowded at all.
The kids really enjoyed the neon glowing lights everywhere & every section here at the trampoline park. 🙂

This place is huge, has a variety of jumping ops, well maintained, and is monitored for safety at every station. Special thanks to Pearce, an employee recognizable for going above and beyond: he educated us [newcomers] for the best deal, had a great attitude, and was noticably proactive in his job duties. We will absolutely be coming back soon!

We have had a membership for my 2 and 3 year old and we used to go often. However, today was the last day. We cancelled our membership after an young female employee yelled at my special needs brother and was extremely rude to him which made him cry. My brother plays with my kids often and is not rough (he is 13, but mentally closer to 5 or 6). He was in the toddler section with them as was I. After she yelled at him, I tried to talk to her. I was not rude. I was just going to explain I had him in that section with me because he is not able to just go off by himself. Another employee who had questioned his age earlier in the day let him stay in there with us after I explained the situation. Before I could even talk to the new employee that had just rotated to that section, she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. I did speak to management and they didn't apologize or anything. I understand why their are rules, but there is no reason any employee should be yelling or treating children like that whether they have special needs or not.

I met a friend and her kids here for the first time today. The kids were very excited to go jump. Within the first five minutes, the kids were stopped for having jump socks on that were from a different trampoline place. Their mom went to the counter and was forced to buy jump socks specifically for altitude. Seriously? They had jump socks on already. Who cares which place they were from. Jump socks are jump socks. Just another way to force you to buy their brand of socks and more money for them. I'm so tired of everywhere you go, being nickeled and dimed to death. She paid for three kids to go jump. You made money already. We will not be bringing the kids back here because clearly you are not family budget friendly. Then, she asked to get the jump time for waiting in line over socks added onto their time because they couldn't jump till your stupid socks were purchased. Be better, please.

The employees were very friendly. Had variety of games. It was very clean and my grandson had a great time. Definitely worth the money.
