Absolutely LOVED The Stannard House B & B, Mary is the BEST owner / host we have ever come across. She welcomes you into her B & B's, shows you around, makes sure that you are 100% comfortable! The house and grounds on both of her properties were breathtaking!! The breakfast's were outstanding and Nadine was a great chef! Wish we could have stayed longer, but already making plans to go back in December 2024. Highly highly recommend!!

We stayed only one night. But the B&B has a delightful charm about it. The rooms are vintage, but nicely appointed and very tastefully done, unfortunately for us, we had to depart early the next morning before breakfast, but I can imagine it was excellent based on the menu that was posted. The property itself is very well kept, and you can only imagine sitting down on the first floor while drinking your coffee in the morning that this was a wonderful Inn robust Inn with the guest rooms upstairs. The downstairs breakfast area, the dining area and the family Sitting area on the 1st floor are all exquisite.

I only stayed one night at this Bed and Breakfast but it will now be my go to when I am in the area. Everything was exactly as advertised. My room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Check in and out were easy also. The only downside was that it was too cool for me to enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch

Great communication and service with the host and lovely great room where we ate and we could sit. Porch with rocking chairs was fabulous. 10 minute walk to the beach and available towels and chairs were a nice touch. The room (Madison 2) was comfortable and very basic, with window AC (with remote control). Breakfast was a disappointment. The brand new owners are making improvements and I’d start with the food choices and fruit portions.

Beautiful, clean historic Inn. Owners are lovely. Service was top-notch. They could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast was delicious… The frittatas were outstanding and the yogurt was the best I’ve ever eaten. All fresh and delicious. Met some lovely travelers. Would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was lovely, with modern amenities, but beautiful antique furniture. Breakfast was delicious, I especially enjoyed the blueberry muffins. We were short on time, but the hosts made check-in and check-out so easy and painless.

Booked at the last minute for an unexpected trip to Westbrook and was so glad we did! Our room was sparkling clean with a super comfy bed and fine linens. The breakfast was outstanding with homemade sweet and savory treats and excellent coffee. Will definitely return when we are in the area.
