It's a wonderful, modern, dog-friendly hotel. The staff were fantastic, from Ellen on the front desk to the bar staff. My king room was lovely and clean. The bar-style food in the restaurant was excellent, and my puppy was welcome to stay by my side during meals. We will definitely return to the North Conway Cambria!

After management contacted me regarding my stay. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns. I have adjusted my one star rating to a four star rating due to the professionalism and excellence that I received during that phone call. The hotel actually cares about their guests. I recommend if you have any issues which hopefully you don't, that you have them address at the time of your stay as I know they will take care of any issue. We will be returning again.

Never again. Check in for a week, was told day 3 we would get full service. We never received anything. Our trash piled up that we had to get rid of ourselves. We had no clean towels and had to keep using our towels over and over until we finally found someone to get us a couple of towels. Mid week, the beds could have absolutely been changed. No one in the halls to find. Beds were hard and hurt both my back and my wife's shoulder.
Talked to front desk woman who promised to look into it and credit me AND CALL ME. None of which she did.
We lived in filth for a week. Golden Gables next store has treated us much better and even upgraded us to a suite one time one our room was not ready
Lies, lies and more lies. Choice Hotel? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE CHOICE!
Still waiting on the call and refund from our stay the 1st-8th of March. We left early it was so disgusting but the "manager" at the front desk could have cared less. Again, thanks for lying straight to my face.
So many options in the North Conway area. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. We'll go back to the ones we usually stay at. This was our first and LAST stay. Still waiting on the promised call and credit. Left an entire day early.

We had an amazing stay at the Cambria Hotel! Thanks to the friendly staff, who was more than accommodating, the cleanliness of not only our room, but the entire hotel, along with the dazzling amenities, our stay was top tier!! Special shout out to super-star Theresa at the front desk who was the friendliest in all of North Conway. She helped us secure an early check in, made sure our room was up to our standards and guaranteed us a fantastic stay all while being so kind! Market in the lobby was fully stocked with yummy snacks and so convenient for a late night treat. The pool was warm and sparkly clean each and every time we desired a swim, i felt more than comfortable doing a cannon ball in the deep end😝 Staff was all so comforting and welcoming towards us, hotel manager even recommend us to a local bagel shop with the best breakfast!! Would give 100 stars if possible, can't wait to come back for another stay!!

We used the Cambria as our base of operations for a weekend shopping trip to North Conway, NH, and it ended up being the best part. We couldn’t wait to get back to the rooms. Such a nice new hotel! Pleasant service, clean rooms! Ellen was great at the front desk, we felt like family here.

Positive: Loved the flooring- not carpet. Nice features. Coffee maker in room with good coffee options. Negative: Technology is great but the remote for the TV didn't work and neither did the bluetooth mirror in the bathroom

My boyfriend and I travelled to NH to celebrate our anniversary and spent a weekend at the Cambria Hotel North Conway in NOV 2024. Location was easy to find, safe, and conveniently located by various shops, cafes, etc. Whether it was hiking or shopping--this area has it all! The staff here are friendly and provided very helpful local recommendations for the weekend. The rooms were clean, well decorated & lit, and had everything we needed in a home base while we explored North Conway.

When we stayed, staff had mentioned that they recently opened this past July. While I am no expert in hospitality, I want to extend a sincere thank you to the staff. You were all extremely kind and hospitable. While we didn't need much beyond what was already provided, you met our additional asks with respect, kindness, and patience. I wish you the best in your future success. Thank you for making our anniversary weekend a memorable one. We may have to start a tradition now!

We stayed at the Cambria for Feb vaca with our kids. The hotel is very new, modern and kid friendly. The rooms are well designed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. ||The only complaint I would make is the walls are super thin. You can literally hear everything from either side of you and the hallways. If you are a light sleeper, not great

Lovely, modern hotel in a great location! Very comfortable with all the conveniences and amenities we were looking for. The front desk staff, Ellen and Nancy, made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in. This hotel is just what we were looking for as our new "home away from home"! Looking forward to going back as often as we can !
