Went into the leasing office on multiple occasions inquiring about a 2 bedroom. When I went there a Spanish lady was there, and she seemed aloof and condescending, I went back again and it was the same thing. I went back again, last week and to my surprise I saw a black woman in there, hesitant to speak, I asked questions about what I wanted, and she was enthusiastic, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind and for the first time I felt good about the possibility of becoming a future resident of Calusa Estates, even though she informed me that there was no availability right now, I still left feeling positive! Thank you for your compassion, because you never know what people are going through.
