As a housekeeper myself I’m absolutely disgusted in the way the room I rented was. You can clearly tell the room was not cleaned in between the person who was here before us and when we rented the room. 1000 DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned in between stays.. someone’s clothes still inside, bugs all over the room, trash and dirty tampons spread throughout the room, the sheets & bed pulled completely apart - just overall DISGUSTING. When I talked to the lady at the desk about the state that the room was in she didn’t even apologize or show any sort of concern, she took the key back, handed me a new one then shrugged it off. I was so uncomfortable with the situation I decided against staying there & she refused to refund me. Absolutely do not stay here.

We needed a pet friendly room and I got this place confused with the Burlington Stay Inn that we had been to before and had a good experience. I booked online and realized when we arrived we were at the wrong place. At 7:30p the front desk lady looked like she crawled out of bed, not fully clothed. We walked into the room, which wasn't locked, took one look around, turned around and walked out! (I don't think the door locked at all). I'm not real picky about rooms if they allow pets, but this place is scary! I blame myself for not reading the other bad reviews, I would have known it wasn't the right place. We went another 1/2 block and found the right place and stayed at the STAY Inn.

No toilet paper in the room, no wash clothes and no drink cups. Bed itself was nice as was shower, plenty of hot water and a decent shower head. a few bugs on the floor next morning but for the price a person can't expect everything

Gross! Walked in and saw stains all over the sheets. The heat would not work in two different rooms. The water heater was broken, the restaurant was closed, only one towel, and half a roll of toilet paper. This was worse than the Bates Motel, at least it was clean and warm.

I never leave reviews, but I’ve also never had a hotel make me nearly puke and cry. First room we tried, there was such a fly problem they thumbtacked a fly swatter to the wall. There was dried food on the table, gross pieces of bacon by the fridge. I opened the fridge and spent 5 minutes trying not to throw up. The microwave was busted, etc. We decided to try another room and it wasn’t much better. While finding the second room, we got so creeped out by things we saw, we did not feel safe at all. We finally requested our money back. Then after we leave I get a call demanding me to tell them why we messed up the sheets. I told them I was looking for stains or bugs since the rest of the room was so gross. She then told me that they’d have to pay someone to clean now and I told her they needed to clean everything again anyways. Then she told me she’d have the manager give me a call. I have yet to hear from him. 100/10 do not recommend.

I do not understand any bad reviews. I do not know what some people expect. If you are a regular normal person who wants a clean place to stay that is bug free, you can’t beat this motel.
The day I stayed it cost half of what the other hotels around here cost. The room was very big, it was clean and no bugs. I walked barefoot on the carpet and my feet stayed clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The A/C blew cold air and it had a huge TV.
I am a Truck Driver so truck parking is a must and they have plenty of room to park.
They are pet friendly for a $10 fee. My only complaint is that the towels could have been a little better but it is what it is. I will definitely stay again if I am in this area and need a room.
