Great place if you want to be told what to do . I only spent a few days, because I didn't like it,to loud rath sleep in my car . When I left they called police thinking I went home.the joke is on them I went to a hotel. Also they charge you and make you buy your own food.

One of the things that I have noticed about shelters in general is that they really are limited in space. The space they have is temporary and they only have so few spots vs the amount of people who are homeless. That is what's causing the issues in finding a place that will help provide safety and support. That and the lack of funding to help render services. Really? What does it take to get a little support from within your community. And, what if the services that are set up by the community are not enough to help you? What do you do? and where do you go? I am also finding out that even some people work full time and find volunteer work to pay it forward and do extras to keep busy.

Useless - No Emergency Shelter. Sleep in a van with an air mattress at this point. NH 211 and services are pathetic for the homeless !

Unless you are a veteran you are not welcome.... and in the rare case you are accepted you will be harassed and they will find any reason to kick you out.... they will take control of every dime you make and spend it how they feel fit.... the staff talks about clients to just about anyone violating all privacy rights and they will dictate what medications you can and can't be prescribed and if you have any sort of addiction history they will force you to go on the vivatrol shot no matter the length of sobriety..... this place is awful if you have any other option my suggestion would be to take it!
