We've been using BookingCenter for about 3 years now. I am used to Opera PMS and would like a light, online version of this but I couldn't find one. Most online PMS solutions are agile and light, but sacrifice a lot of functions and data fields so I usually get less data than I am used to with Opera. This day and age its also extremely difficult to get an offline PMS as you would have to upgrade a server as you get more and more data. BookingCenter is a wonderful in between. We still get a lot of data to guide our decisions, and get the accessibility of an online PMS. Its also a great plus that we get the Booking Engine and Channel Manager in one solution. Pricing is also very competitive. We definitely recommend BookingCenter!

As the Innkeeper of a small boutique hotel, I found BookingCenter a very reliable and comprehensive reservation system, able to take our website and automate and integrate connections to streamline the reservations from third-party systems. The straightforward interface enables me to manage reservations better and faster; synchronizing the room rates and blocking and unblocking the dates were so easy. I also found the ease of use for different aspects: such as synchronization with various portals, setting the different payment methods, and creating your web page advantageous. They feature a great dashboard with everything you need on one screen, and I love the tape chart. This has taken the worry out of double booking. I have yet to encounter any over/under-booking issues. We could set up packages and bundles to implement different rate structures and strategies. It is also extremely easy for our guests to make their own reservations online. The availability is shown in real time, and there is no chance of double booking a room. The system sends out customized confirmation, arrival reminders, and thank you emails, with the ability to send more if needed. Making reservations is now simple, along with printing revenue reports; and seeing our whole operation at a glance saves so much time.

What I like the most is that you can access the system from anywhere. I have worked with many property management programs, from residential, commercial, and homeowner's associations to hotels, and I've tried a lot of software. From my first day, this has been a very comprehensive program. The process has been fantastic from start to finish, and I found the system user-friendly and full of potential from day one. Links are helpful, too. I like everything...the reports are fantastic, the integration to diverse options is numerous, it's simple, fast... The ease of use and professional appearance is an excellent fit for a small to mid-sized boutique hotel or inn with a large variety of room types. We were able to create custom settings for each type of unit we have, and the interface is very intuitive, and the features make it an indispensable tool for those of us who want to be present on multiple channels without going crazy in synchronizing prices, etc. ...

There is no need to have excellent computer skills, you are guided step by step, and if you need more, the software is intuitive to use. Ease of use, tutorials are available, the settings are well explained, and, in the help function, you will find articles/how-to guides just by searching a related term/word; with generalized clear and comprehensive video tutorials offered. All backed up by the best customer service I have had with a Channel Manager. Their customer service is well-trained to respond quickly and effectively. The contact with customer service has been spectacular, pleasant, and friendly, and It's like having a back office that likes working with you. Hands down, the best customer support agents. They have made reservation life so much more efficient. The team honestly had our best interest and success in mind, and it shows! They are constantly improving their modules to fit the needs of the hospitality industry better.

Booking Center has been a beneficial tool for our Resort for over 6 years now. One of the most impressive things about them is their customer service. The whole team works so hard to assist you when issues pop up, they even work with you to make improvements to their software. The software is easy to learn and manuals online provide excellent step by step instruction on how to operate the system. We use BookingCenter at our small 12 room property and it is perfect for us! It has all the features you need for a smaller property and all the right reports to find what you are looking for on the accounting end. Customer support always has the answers when you need them 24/7! Erica Johnson is assigned to our property, she has gone above and beyond to assist us with updating our page and getting us familiar to any new addons. My experience with Booking Center has been positive from the get-go, starting with their on-site (in Mexico) training to their ongoing customer service. Although the system can seem totally foreign at first, they walk you through the entire reservation process and they have countless reports for management to support the daily work.

The ease of booking is exceptional. There are always little 'tricks' in any system to fix or get around problems which you learn, thanks to the help from the support team, which is available 24/7.

One great feature I like is the ability to create a variety of promotions and packages. And we can go in and change wording of data for the customer to see easily and quickly. It links directly to our website.

Because it's interactive, we use it internationally...whenever and from wherever we are and more than one person can use it at a time.

We are what they call in the industry a small hotel property. Three star, 80 rooms in Mexico. For ease of booking, an excellent variety of reports available for management, and for superb customer service, Booking Center is, without question , the answer to fine tuning your reservation booking system at a price that is affordable and without the 'big' industry hard to reach or understand problems.
