I want to give a shout out to Joe Lobato! Joe was an awesome salesman and genuine guy. He helped my wife and I purchase our Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup. He took his time to walk us through different campers and talk about all the differences in each unit. He also included a new hitch with our purchase to make it an easy hook up. He knows his stuff!

When the day came to pick up our camper, we had a small hiccup with some cosmetic stuff. Christian the sales manager jumped on it right away and made sure all issues were handled and resolved professionally. Joe and Christian then took their own time to walk us through how the camper worked when we arrived for pickup. They even got their hands greasy and clean khakis dirty hooking it up to my truck for me! Appreciate the hard work!

Lastly, Steve in finance handled all our paperwork and made it a smooth transaction to finish out our purchase. He’s a straight shooter from Boston, my kinda guy!

Once again, appreciate all the hard work you guys put in! Highly recommend working with these guys!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Brinkley 3100 5th wheel from Blue Compass RV in Mesa. Just a fantastic experience. From Gerard in sales, who was friendly, professional and thoughtful, the sales manager Christian who was patient and positive, Tara and Steve in finance who were thorough and experienced, Dee in service who went above and beyond assisting us, Jose in service who took his time explaining every feature and shared a recipe or two, to Wyatt, who hooked us up and final checked the hitch they installed. The entire team was first class, answered all our questions , worked tirelessly to help us with our dream during retirement. We highly recommend this Blue Compass family at the Mesa location. I recently had my Paradigm 382RK serviced at Blue Compass in Mesa for a hitch installation, and I'm deeply concerned about my experience. Upon arriving at my destination and unhooking the trailer, I discovered the hitch had been installed backwards - a critical error that could have led to a catastrophic failure. The mounting plate was nearly torn away, with only 2 of the 4 pucks properly secured.
The gravity of this oversight is chilling. Had the hitch failed while we were driving, it could have resulted in a serious accident, putting not just my family but other motorists at risk. This wasn't a minor oversight - it was a fundamental error in installation that should never have happened.
While I understand mistakes can happen in any service business, this level of negligence is unacceptable when dealing with safety-critical components. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service department.

I was originally looking for a used camper shell for my 2002 F-150 but it's so difficult to find one since my truck is an older model. Blue Compass told me that they had one in white which is the color of my truck but turned out it was not going to be fitting very perfectly and I didn't know what to do since my camping trip was only one day away and my wife wasn't comfortable sleeping in a tent ever since a black bear strolled through our campsite a few years back. Our sales representative Ricky asked his boss Zack if we could borrow the used camper shell until our new one arrived and it was granted...we had a great trip and the fishing was awesome 👍 plus my wife slept nice and sound like a baby in that used camper shell that was being loaned to us by the guys at Blue Compas...thanks guys. I've included pictures of our camping trip with the used camper shell and pictures of the new one. It was worth the wait because our new camper shell was custom made and they also did the color matching which was exactly what I was looking for!

I really wanted to give a good review. We bought out rv from blue compass in Tucson and they were great. We scheduled our 90 day review inspection with Mesa as we live closer and things started off shaky, they schedule us wrong in their system but still was took our rig. The service person and service writer at the time took amazing care and fixed what they could and we had 2 things left that needed warranty work so they told us to pick up our rig and they would call as soon as the parts were in as it would take about a month for that process. We called almost 2 months after to find both of those people had quit and we have had issues since. Blue compass didn't have a clue we were waiting on anything, thought they still had our rig on their lot and it's been another month and can not get anyone to call back. We call they say they will get back to us within the day and nothing. They can't give an answer on anything. Everything is great until you need service and now we have nothing. We are reaching out to the manufacturer themselves at this point because we can't even get a response from blue compass on whether they have parts, information or anything.
