Nice hotel for it's price!
I just feel sorry for people who are serving breakfast every morning and not getting tips from guests. Kids mess up floor, tables so much that these people cleaning for more and longer hrs than they get paid!
I think guests families with kids must be educated by looking at the jar saying TIPS- Thank you!
But for some reason tips jar is missing and nobody leaving tips.....that's sad...
Other than that it's very homy, clean, friendly staff,quiet even I was in a hot Thanksgiving season.
I would recommend whoever doesn't care for the beach view and want to save budget still having clean environment.
Pool and jacuzzi working till 10pm, clean...
Breakfast room has cute patio outside...

We stayed here when we visited our son who’s stationed in Camp Pendleton. This place is quaint and welcoming. The staff was friendly and the surroundings is well maintained. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby, next to the freeway and walking distance to the beach. The room is clean and has everything you need. They also offer free breakfast if you just want a quick bite.

Well cared for hotel with a good standard of hygiene. The room was comfortable and nice, and the fixtures and fittings were good quality. Had a peaceful nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast was good, and there was a nice variety of food choices. Plenty of parking available, and the hotel grounds were neat. The hotel is also a few blocks away from a nice beach.

Service and Location are 100% spot on! The only reason I gave the rooms 4 instead of 5 stars is that they are dark and no matter what you do, you can't get them a little brighter. Mind you - this could be due to the way the building in itself was build and may be to cut cost on air conditioning in the summer month. However, maybe a lighter color on the wall, or stronger lightbulbs etc could help the rooms 🙂 Other then that - 100% great! The rooms are clean, they are nice size, they have everything you need.Love that they have soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. Breakfast is great and plenty of choices are available. The breakfast area is clean and someone is around to keep checking that everything gets refiled as needed.

I was so pleasantly surprised with how affordable this hotel was. We came in and were greeted by smiling friendly front desk who kindly welcomed us and helped us get early check in for both of our room reservations.||The hotel was very clean. One of the cleanest I’ve ever been in.||Room was very clean and comfortable and smelled good.||Breakfast was fully stocked and also one of the best tasting free breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. ||Cleaners were kind and helped us get a few extra bags that we needed for laundry.||Every interaction was kind, professional, and great service.||I highly recommend this hotel

Stayed for 4 nights. The hotel lobby was decked out with Halloween decor which made us smile. Plus, all staff were courteous and appeared to really enjoy helping their guests. There was housekeeping everyday and not just by request. Breakfast changed daily and provided a good assortment of options. Rooms were updated and clean. Close walk to many restaurants and the beach. We received warm regards upon our arrival and departure. Definitely would recommend!

The room was very clean and the staff was continuously cleaning, the front desk was very helpful with any questions I had. I didn't really get to explore all options available in the hotel due to time constraints. The hotel is older but I felt very well maintained. Their was quite a few families that had young children on the same floor as me and within a very close proximity but once my door was closed I never heard them and I was never disturbed.

The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful and super attentive to any questions that I had. Every staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with greeted me with a smile and a good morning/afternoon/ evening which was outstanding. The bed in my room was super comfortable and relaxing and the kitchenette was a great help with storing leftovers and reheating food. Also the Halloween decorations at this location are top notch I was so thrilled to see it all decked out for the holiday. Bravo Best Western!
