We got a suit with multiple rooms for multiple nights. It wasn’t cheap! My biggest concern was Marcella, the employee there who handles the breakfast in the morning. She was unbelievably rude to my kids EVERY MORNING, telling them they couldn’t eat certain foods literally stopping them in their tracks and telling them no they can’t eat that. Which of course that’s when I stand up and say that’s bull crap, and grab the food for my kids so they can eat. Not only that but she would strait stare us down, the entire time she would come stand right next to us and stare at every move we made including myself. When a child of mine would be using the bathroom at The breakfast place, after about 3 min of being in There, SHE WOULD STRAIT MARCH UP, GRAB THE HANDLE, FEEL THE DOOR IS LOCKED, THEN KNOCK ON THE DOOR LOUDLY AND WALK AWAY. Causing my kids to rush their business then inevitably we would have to pull over just down the road and find a bathroom to let them finish on our journey. The receptionists (which they were always nice and polite we appreciate that) would scoot a breakfast table together so us parents and children could sit together, Marcella would come over and scoot the table back! This made our morning very uncomfortable every single day staying at the best western minors in. Something else that bothered us was our room would not be tended to unless we went to the front desk and requested it. We would leave the tag on the door request room be made up, get back to the room and nothing. Trash cans not emptied, floor not swept, no new towels, then when we would request service we would leave a tip, and lucky us Marcella was the one making up our rooms. She would take the tip but not replenish the paper/plastic cups, or other amenities that would need replenishing. The toilet clogged, bathroom fan was broken, doors would not close, lamp not working (room 229) pool closed, homeless around parking lot, and I just wish when we are paying a thousand dollars to stay at a place, that breakfast lady wouldn’t make our days off to such a rough start. Thank you to the rest of the staff who was kind.

The second time here, both times on creekside upstairs. These rooms have a balcony looking at a very small creek. The balcony wasn't clean either time. The second visit there was a homeless man who made camp so we couldn't enjoy balcony. Room and location are good, small walkable town. Hot part of breakfast mildly warm, cold part good plenty to choose from.|Nice friendly staff.|

Pleasently surprised with this great hotel. Cost was excellent, hotel room was larger that most and free breakfast was freshly prepared. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast. Fresh and frozen items to be microwaved.|Drinks included coffee, decaf, teas, hot chocolate, juices. Breads, muffins, biscuits and bagels.

To have a pleasant stay at this property, it is necessary to confirm all details about your room. I didn't. They put me in an upstairs room. There are no stairs. They said all downstairs rooms were taken, but they were not. There are pleasant downstairs rooms around a pool, behind the main section, and in the main section. The room, itself, it large. The air conditioning is loud, but this is not a Best Western Plus or Premium, so it is important to remember that. In the morning both people in the administration were on their phones, and pointed to where the breakfast is provided. The selection is decent enough, there is plenty of variety, but attention to the neatness and supply would have made it more attractive.

I have been staying at this Best Western for a while now. Besides that the cable TV options could be improved (not to much to choose from). | everything else was good. The personnel at the counter were very helpful and polite. Much better experience since the last time I stayed. Even the lady at the breakfast area was nice

Front desk service was good. The room wasn't cleaned the best, soap left in shower from the previous guest and it needs updating. The lamp beside the bed didn't work. The only king room was an upgrade they called "creekside" which has a balcony that overlooked the pet area and faced the highway. Overpriced in my opinion. Not the worst room I've stayed in but could definitely be better.

We stayed in a nice looking room which unfortunately had several cockroaches crawling around. There was a really nice pool right in front of our room which was closed because "The owner didn't want it open this season." We were told the other pool by the lobby was open. So we got changed and walked down to the pool, it was green and being worked on, so we turned around and went back to the room. We booked this hotel so that we could use the pool. Bad luck for us. It was mostly quiet, aside from the unhoused individual screaming and using the dumpsters as a toilet near their playground in the morning.

Friendly staff who appear to be working with limited resources. Overall, we will probably try somewhere else on our trip next year.

Pros:
Inexpensive yet nicely furnished.
Friendly staff

Cons:
Cockroaches in rooms
Pools either closed or dirty
Limited hot breakfast due to broken cooking equipment.

Train the housekeepers more and have a better choice of food.|The room was not what I expected. The room was not clean and vacuumed enough. The breakfast was not what it said on the website; it is very disappointing.|Joey and Bailey are very friendly and helpful.
