We had originally booked a stay in clear water beach, but due to Helene we were not able to stay there since the property had sustained damages, Beach time rentals was instrumental in working with us and finding us a suitable replacement property, they showed us 3 palms retreat in Indian Rocks Beach, and we couldnt have been happier. The property consists of 3 separate units, so it lends itself to be able to get a bit of separation after a long day of activities. Each unit had a full kitchen so if different individuals want different things, it's not a problem cooking different things at the same time. The property is perfectly located by the ocean with your own private piece of beach. Had a nice deck with plenty of sitting and tanning chairs. We specially loved the fire pit. That was definitely a perfect meeting spot to end the night with a fire, look at the stars, and enjoy the sound of the crashing waves. We had no issues, everything was working as it should but, beach time rentals did reach out with info and contact numbers if we had any questions. There was also plenty of extras for whatever need arose. It was a bit cold when we were there so if some throw blankets would have been available it would have been perfect. Perhaps something to add for future rentals. Oh and maybe a bit more light on the back porch. Other then that we were very happy with the property and it's location. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer.

We had the perfect week in unit A17! Julian from Beach time rentals was terrific. He was in consistent communication with us and made the process seamless. The condo was in pristine condition and the perfect location on Clearwater Beach. We were right on the beach and could walk easily to the shops and restaurant. The pool was warm and a nice bonus after a perfect beach day. You can not beat the sunset from the deck! We will be back!

The place we had rented was beautiful. The view of the beach with sunsets can’t be described. The place was clean and well kept with plenty of beach chairs and accessories needed for a whole family. Julian was a text away for anything we needed during our stay. Great customer service from the time of booking to the checking out. They went above and beyond for us! If we are to visit the clearwater area, will be booking with this company. They are flexible and always trying to work with you.

Spent a week in Serenity Now rental home by Beach Time Rentals. It’s a beautiful house accommodating my family of 12 for vacation. Ample space for everyone.

The kitchen is wonderful — plenty big for a crowd and well stocked. Beautiful Gulf view from the large dining room, family room and master bedroom suite. There is also a lovely pool and patio to enjoy.

The location is great. Fun, convenient shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Beach Time Rentals communicated with us easily and in a timely manner. Any questions we asked were addressed immediately.

We had a fantastic family beach vacation. We were here last year and will be back in 2025!

We booked a last minute family weekend getaway at Beach Time Rentals’ - Reel Retreat on Tarpon Lake and we’re so glad we did! Our reservation and checkin were seamless. The lake house was beautiful, clean, quiet and so comfortable. The sunsets were gorgeous and the wildlife plentiful. We rented a boat for a couple days and docked it right at the house; perfect for early morning fishing. We also enjoyed all of the games and fishing equipment that was provided. We loved our stay and will be booking again in the future.

My girlfriends and I went on our yearly girls beach trip for my birthday and we stayed at The Sandcastle II by Beach Time Rentals in Indian Rocks Beach. It was such a perfect place to stay!! We were in a condo on the 4th floor with a fantastic view. The sunsets were AMAZING!!! We had such a great time!! The location with plenty of restaurants and a Publix close by was great. John’s Pass is close by as well and is a nice place to walk around and shop then grab a bite to eat. We would definitely come back again!!

The house was beautiful and nice and close to the beach! The house is very spacious and plenty of room for everyone! Beach Time Rentals were easy and helpful to work with. The pool area was a little small, but still a nice pool. The location is nice and it is close to many places. We had an amazing time here! Would recommend to all my friends.

Great Spot for a Family Getaway

Our family—grandparents, parents, and four granddaughters—spent a great week at this three-story Gulf-front home. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and a nice view of the water.

The kids loved the bunk beds with attached TVs, which kept them entertained, and the pool and hot tub were a hit for everyone. The house had plenty of space for all of us, and the setup worked well for a multi-generational group. The potting green was a nice touch, and we enjoyed spending time outside.

Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a solid family-friendly rental with good amenities, this one fits the bill.
