My dads health started to decline so I reached out to Bayada Assistive Care to have someone come in and help my mom take care of my dad. Brittany did a fantastic job explaining their services, cost, and everything in between. They had a nurse come do a sight survey to make sure they had everything they needed to provide extensive care to my father. Sadly, two days before he was to start care, he was hospitalized. Bayada remained in contact with us for the week he was in the hospital and adjusting the schedule to make sure care was available when he would return from the hospital. Sadly he passed yesterday. I let the staff at Bayada know what happened and they were more concerned with my family then them losing business, to me this speaks volumes about them. Thank you Bayada.

I used Bayada after multiple strong recommendations from those in the rehab field and am so glad I did. First I used Bayada Dover for myself after a hip replacement. Sim was amazing and had me doing things I thought would be impossible so soon after surgery. Then I used Bayada Milford for home health care for my mother-in-law who has middle stage Alzheimer's. Brittany is caring and efficient. She keeps the schedule straight and works with the family to make sure the aides are compatible with my mother-in-law.
