Working with Aaron from Badger Peabody & Smith was a pleasure from first meeting to the closing. This was a land sale. Over the 20 years that we owned the land several realtors were contacted, with no interest in selling land. When my wife contacted Aaron, he not only showed interest but had detailed knowledge of the market and properties in the area. After a few conversations, we signed on with Aaron as our sellers agent.

Aaron quickly promoted the property and we soon had some offers. He gave us solid advice on the offers as well as insight into the buyers making the offer. This resulted in transparency through the process. A solid offer was received and accepted.

After the property was under contract, Aaron continued to stay in contact and make sure that the sale was moving to closing on time. We ultimately ended up with an offer that exceeded our expectations, something that would not have been possible without him.

Of special note was Aaron's patience with my son and I throughout the process. While we are very happy with the results, the sale of the land was not our primary focus in life. Aaron made sure he stayed in touch and followed up on all of the critical milestones. This was not always easy for two persons with other priorities in life. However, Aaron found a perfect balance of reminders and waiting for a response.
