My trip to Dubai was amazing to say the least! Atlas thought of everything when it comes to international travel with a large group! Airport transfers, accommodations, tours and events went without a hitch, showing their reputation in choosing the most efficient destination affiliates. I would choose Atlas every time for anywhere! I had an AMAZING experience in Dubai 1 Escape in October 2022. Thanks Sue Lobo-Brage of Atlas Cruises and Tours and KJ and his administration team of Grown & Sexy Cruise Travel. Every event was planned and executed seamlessly. They promptly kept me well informed of any changes to my itinerary. All I had to do was show up and enjoy my vacation. The Dubai Trip was a beautiful experience that my wife and I enjoyed. The grown and sexy tour was quite an event. The only downfall I would say is that they did not coordinate a place that will accomodate the many people that came to the event. If the logistics were near perfect I would have given it 5 stars, either way it was an enjoyful event and experience.

We just spent a year planning a cruise for over 60 people through Atlas Cruises and Tours. This is my second time using this company and they still FAR exceeded my expectations. Tina and the entire team at Atlas catered to our every need! Not one detail was left undone! We had group dinners, a block of rooms next to one another, a celebration cake, medical needs, young children who needed cribs...the list goes on and on!! Everything was taken care of. I can't recommend this company enough. You will not be disappointed! This was the best vacation we've taken!

Update: In the 8 months since the original post, I have received prompt responses, detailed travel information, and a great sense of customer service from Bella (I think she is the owner). We still have not been on the trip however I am now looking forward to working with this group of professionals who have diligently answered each of my questions and/or emails.

I have not even gone on my trip and I have been lied to and brushed off at every step of the way. They tell you something on the phone. Then another rep says something different. They change itineraries without telling the entire group. They say they will email you. And don't. When you call back, they don't want to talk to you because they have not done what they said they would do.

Although I am looking forward to my trip (it is already paid for), I am not looking forward to meeting the staff.
