I don't know what happened between last year's (apparently good) show and this one, but the nicest way to describe our reaction is...underwhelmed. I believe the word "janky" was mentioned several times.
First of all the approach is down a dark dirt construction road, with black construction fencing all around. Some of this surrounds the show too. Driving up to it was creepy, and exiting was even worse as you drive for like a mile down unlit and picked dirt roads with signs few and far between. We were relieved to get back on the actual pavement of a real road and out of what felt like the lead up to a horror movie lol.
Lots of lights didn't work. The radio station was not synced with the music outside, so we just turned it off. The weirdest thing was the choice of decorations; there were a bunch of creepy gingerbread men, like 50 minions, some half-functional Disney figures, and about a hundred grinches? Light pieces "dedicated" to armed forces and first responders were thrown in in what seemed like a shameless bid for approval by families with any of those professions. They left the giant creepy pumpkin from (I assume) Scarizona, with no attempt to dress it up for its new venue.
Imo the best part of this was a bunch of "lamps" from A Christmas Story (y'know, fra-gee-lay - it must be Italian). But even those really seemed like the organizers had come across an eBay auction of cheap overstock light decorations and said "hmm we can do something with this".
Overall, I urge you to at least wait until you see more reviews from this year, to determine if it's worth going. Maybe they'll improve it as the season goes on But I can't see how it would ever be worth $50 to drive through a janky group of clearance LED light figures for 15 minutes.

The lights are cute, the music is nice and the ride is very enjoyable.

The only downside I see of this place is the signage to exit after the lights are over, very confusing to find the way back to the road.

Other than that, I'll come back in the following years.

Such a fun experience! Grandkids loved it. Due to construction, it's a little hard to figure out the entrance and exit. Otherwise a fun activity for the holiday season.

I've taken my family to Arizona Lights In The Night for the last 3 years. My son, who's 16, says this is now a tradition, and it's a must. The prices are not bad, and we do buy a bear each year as well they light up and last a while. Thank you for all that you do for the community.

I honestly didn't like it. Thought it would be nice. Normally they give you a coin and at santa workshop they give you a bear. At the entrance they right away gave you the bear. The Christmas magic was out the door. Plus half the light was missing and not working. For the price you pay for tickets, you think you have better lights. For 10 min seeing the light, it's not wroth the going. Took my family thinking it was going to be amazing and it was a total let down. I'm never coming back nor recommending. Even the entrance was confusing. I wasn't the only one lost.

We went here every year for 3 or 4 christmases. 40++ dollars for a car is a bit pricey but we always enjoyed it. This year, they charged the same price but there was no live Mrs. Claus or the elf that passes out bears. There was no snow like there was previous years. All the things that my son used to get excited about (and were worth the money) were gone. It was just 7 minutes of lights and music. So disappointed!

This is a beautifully done light display synced to Christmas music. Whimsical and fun. Price is by vehicle which makes it very affordable with 4 adults in our car.
