A beautiful river and Ranaji took us in the most gorgeous settings of the Rainforest. From safety to food to logistics everything was all top notch. With Aquaterra Adventures I had one of the most amazing experiences of my life. My trip to Kilimanjaro was spectacular. I’d been on several day hikes but never an extended trek and I’m told I was very lucky to have experienced my first one with Aquaterra on their Tosamaidan, July 2023 trip.

However, I don’t feel lucky.

I feel blessed, enlightened, and changed in a fundamental way.

The location was breathtaking and my lack of experience didn’t get in the way for even a moment thanks to Aquaterra’s attentive, professional, and considerate guides that magically appeared to lend a hand whenever I needed one.

The overnight campsites, thoughtfully selected and absolutely stunning, immediately felt like home with delicious meals and snacks, comfortably padded tents, and surprisingly clean toilet tents (with toilet paper! ?)

Best of all was the company - some fabulous and likeminded trekkers from across age groups, who quickly felt like forever friends.

After 5 days of being regaled by the majesty of the King of Meadows, we ended our trip with a spot of shopping (no idea where we got the energy from!) and a night’s stay on a houseboat in Srinagar.

Honestly, it was more than I could have ever expected. And it’s true what they say, you get what you pay for. ❤️?️

My Experience with Aquaterra was absolutely incredible. The rapids and location (Brahmaputra) was amazing. Aquaterra really excelled with the organisation of the tour, the management of safety and hygiene around rafting and camping. The staff were all super helpful, professional and friendly. A trip of a lifetime, can't wait to come back for the Zanskar!

What a wonderful experience this was! A big shout out to Rana ji and his team for running such a well organised campsite! The food was amazing and the camp chef catered to all our whims, including getting fruits and jalebis for us to feast on. The bathrooms were kept clean at all times and we even had hot water to bathe. The staff were very knowledgeable about the treks and terrain and another big shout out to Hari Om Bhaiya for helping the kids navigate it all while having lots of fun! A truly unforgettable experience for us! We are already looking forward to the next time we go camping with Team Aquaterra!!!
