Went to one of their hotel locations in Kansas City, MO called the Crossroads Hotel. While I was there on a business trip my camera was stolen while I was checking out. I don’t appreciate having my property stolen and no reimbursement for my camera (Canon G7X Mark 3) being stolen from me. Management was no help and now I have to purchase a new camera out of my pocket. The lack of concern and fake apologies does not make up for the fact I was violated by someone stealing something I worked hard to get.
Absolutely disgusted on how the whole situation was handled. I’m pretty sure if I was the wedding photographer for the wedding they had that day and her camera came up missing they would have moved mountains to locate it but I don’t expect the same level of concern when your of a certain demographic.

Helped open one of their newer hotels and it was a trainwreck. Half of the Executive levels employees quit within the first 2-3 months. Paid meager wages and understaffed but expected to put on the façade that we are a fully staffed luxury hotel. Thank God I got out of there when I did. Don’t work for this company.

Yikes, came to Memphis, applied for city funds using very questionable answers on the applications, and now are trying to take away the home owned by a Memphis artist to expand their Madison Hotel. They tried to hire local artists here to work with them which backfired has the creative community rallied against their unethical behavior. Either they are clumsy and inept in coming into new cities or are ruthless developers exploiting city-based business incentives and legal loopholes. They most certainly are hypocrites to their mission of working with local community and creatives.

Pleasing and just plain comfy .

Front desk men were a little ditzy and unfocused but came thru finally.

What a bunch of evil people. They're taking over a building in Memphis, evicting a family from the building that owns a condo in that building and suing them for over a hundred grand. Garbage people. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY.

Aparium still owes me for electrical repairs made months ago during the renovations to the Hu in Memphis. No response to multiple attempts to reach payables.
