Review for AMI Locals – Anna Maria Island

Our stay with AMI Locals on Anna Maria Island was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail in the home’s design. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway.

The sunrises over the bay were breathtaking, and the sunsets from the sky deck were absolutely fire—truly some of the best we’ve ever seen! The kitchen was a dream to cook in, making it so easy and enjoyable to prepare meals for our family. The pool was fantastic, and we really appreciated that the heater was on, allowing us to enjoy it even on the chillier mornings.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to book with AMI Locals again in the future. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a family or multiple families. We had 10 and it was perfect! Great pool and hot tub for kids! Entertainment room with TV & ping pong table! The rooftop has an AMAZING view of the ocean and entire island! Perfect, short walking distance to the beach. A ton of great restaurants & bars within walking distance too! I can’t wait to book again and go next year! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 10/10

Our recent stay in an AMI Locals bungalow on Anna Maria Island was amazing. The bungalow we rented was beautifully designed and decorated with everything we needed for our stay plus it was just across the street from the beach. We did have a minor issue with our thermostat, but they sent someone immediately to the rental to correct the problem. Everyone from AMI that we interacted with was very helpful and did whatever they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I look forward to renting again from AMI Locals.

We had a blast. Took 9 of our kids, spouses, and a grand. The house was full, but totally comfortable. The master bath and balcony were amazing. Prime Vacations did a great job getting us booked, checking while we traveled, Nd helping us get a second golf cart so we could all have fun at the same time!

We visited Anna Maria Island in February 2025 and we were so surprised and impressed at how fast the island is coming back after the hurricane! Everyone is working so hard and AMI Locals was amazing about their response time anytime we had a question! The unit we stayed in, Bean Point Bungalow, was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed, and we were within a very short walk to the beach and the little village. Definitely recommend this company and their units to all visitors to Anna Maria Island!

BAYFRONT RETREAT - STUNNING HOUSE ON THE WATER!!! The name of the home did not do justice to how incredible this home was

Bayfront retreat in Bradington Beach on Ana Maria Island was nothing short of a dream! We had a wedding to go to and wanted to stay somewhere nice on the water period nice does not even begin to describe this place! It was three stories of pure luxury. The only regret I have is it was too cold to enjoy the rooftop, but we went up there to watch the sunset at least one night.!! The unused pool was also stunning!!! During our five night stay, somebody came to clean it twice!!

Response time from AMII Locals was quick: either by text or phone call. The battery in the door leading out to the pool was not working but one phone call and it was fixed by 5 o'clock that evening while we were out.

I was also overwhelmed that each room has its own intricacies and different design, yet it all came together to make the house amazing !! Little touches like toiletry packets in each bathroom and a kitchen packet with the laundry and dish detergent and dish pods in it in the kitchen!! Plenty of towels and everything was clean from top to bottom

The stunning views of the drawbridge and the beautiful pier was enjoyable every morning on waking and every evening as the sun went down!!! A very welcoming home indeed!!

We will definitely be staying here again in the very near future, hopefully in the summer, when we can use both the pool and the rooftop deck

Wow, what a home steps to the beach wonderful layout, very accommodating for communal gathering, as well as individual retreats from noise and chaos. Beautiful kitchen, excellent dining space decks, galore, and patios. Quiet balconies, hidden all over the house, and more than enough separate space for the guests that you regretted inviting. The laundry room was so nice. It’s going to cost me money to redo ours at home. Fully stocked kitchen, pool, and outside area below the house was perfect. The bathrooms are incredible. This home boasted the largest showers outside the fountain bleu I’ve ever seen.

As a landlord of seasonal properties myself, AMI management took care of any minor issues immediately, ie how to use the hot tub, tv volume and they even brought a broom and pool basketball.

Master bedroom has a full on view of the ocean in the morning. It was gorgeous. Separate kitchen areas are great, main kitchen layout was perfect.

Nothing was missing, quiet street you truly feel that you are in rarified air in this property.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful. It was close to the beach. It did have a washer and dryer, which was very helpful. It does have a lot of stairs, but it makes for a good workout. Plenty of room for families. Beds were nice and comfy. Beautifully decorated. They also provided anything you could possibly need for going to the beach. Along with a wagon to help you with your things. We will be back!!
