Drivers were disgusting and cursed out woman like they are nobody! He got in my face and started talking about a group of Cubans that were with us! I have photos and everything of him for proof! He kept yelling he doesn’t care because he owns the bus! Pure disgust!!!!

HORRIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE DRIVING!

I do not know if there were passengers in that bus, but the driver scared all people in my car by cutting in front of me as if he/she was driving a mini cooper. And further down the way it did it again to another vehicle.

It happened on March 14, 2024 at 11:30am, bus number 1731 on the express lanes traveling south right past the ives dairy exit. I really hope something seriously gets done about it before this driver's negligence takes somebody's life.

Well, I don't know what service they provide, but what I have to say is that they are constantly sounding the horn and honking every time a car is about to enter that town, at any time of the morning they wake up all the neighbors and don't let anyone rest, the horns sound when they are going to enter so that the door is opened for them and the same when they are going to leave, it is unbearable and if it is not resolved I will have to complain in another way.

Ana is the best. Ana was beyond more helpful than crew assist. Whenever I had a question or concern Ana was there and would solve the problem in that moment. If I could give 10 stars to Ana I would. She truly cares for her crew members!

Bad experience with them. They met me at the airport and bring to the wrong hotel, after I call them they told me that I should call to the general line and they did not help me with the phone number, when I start calling them again they stop answer. 👎👎👎
