My husband and I and 2 kids (4 & 6) travelled to NYC for a week. I was nervous as my kids need booster seats and we have requested them before with other car services only for them to not have them. Not this company, the service was excellent! The driver was waiting for us inside the airport, helped us carried our luggage to the car and had two booster seats for my kids. Super clean and big for all our luggage (we take a lot with kids). He provided us with bottles of water and upon arrival, helped us with all our bags at the hotel. By far the most professional and friendly experience we have ever had, and I travel a lot for work. I will definitely be using Alpine services again. We used them from the airport to NYC hotel, from NYC to Connecticut and back from Connecticut to the airport. Easy to book and a very pleasant and hassle free experience.

I've used Alpine for a ton of traveling over the last 7 years. They've always been respectful, on time, courteous and affordable. The cars are all new and the drivers (in every instance) have been well-trained and provided safe and comfortable rides!

Terrible! Unprofessional. Avoid dealing with these people. You will not be satisfied. Very unorganized. Told me a quote Sat and then changed the rate before finalizing then tried to say I was confused when I called back to book Monday. Shady guy tried to add $100 by saying when I got the quote I only told him I had 4 passengers not 6. Like I forgot how many people are in my group? He then insulted me, and began getting belligerent. I am a paying customer and don't need drama or ignorance when trying to give someone my business. I ended up going w Oneway instead. Much more professional service and a huge savings too. Lindsey Limo was also a little cheaper and much more courteous.
