We have planned travel though Linda Anderson of All Smiles Travel Agency several times over the past few years - 10 folks to Alaska (2022), 2 folks to Punta Cuna (2023) and 15 family to Punta Cuna (12/24). Linda is extremely thorough in her planning and keeps us up to date through the process. She holds a zoom call prior to departure to make sure everyone is on the same page. She not only researches and books, but also follows you through your journey to make sure all goes smoothly. If any issues come up, Linda is right there to help. For example, on our 10-person trip to Alaska we planned to take the Amtrak train from Chicago to Seattle. When we arrived in Chicago, we were advised by Amtrak that our sleeper car had been pulled offline for maintenance and given no alternative - i.e., stuck in Chicago. We called Linda and in no time, she got us all booked on flights to Seattle the same day, booked at the hotel and booked transportation from the airport. The balance of our trip was perfect - we felt this was "above and beyond", but that's how Linda works. She's well connected to the travel industry and very knowledgeable regarding the process. We found Linda via research and reviews and she's just the perfect travel agent. Would recommend Linda for all travel needs.
