I've booked with Karen before and always had great service and no problems at all. This trip we weren't given the information for our Park, Stay Fly at Midway. I had to call 6 different hotels looking for a reservation in my name. Frustrating. It was Thanksgiving so I couldn't get anyone at the travel agency for assistance.
Finally found the hotel she had reserved.
I recommend All Points Travel and Karen, but make sure that you get all the information prior to the trip.

We used ALL POINTS TRAVEL to book a family vacation to San Francisco. On the eve before our flight, my husband called the hotel to ask if they had a jacuzzi… to find out we had no reservation. I spoke with Karen regarding this and she ASSURED me, ‘please continue on with your trip all is handled’. Upon arrival I was left with NO ROOM, and no contact from them to assist for over 2 hours. The hotel was unable to reach them as well. The hotel was kind enuf to allow us to stay without charging us until it was straightened out. Fast forward about 5 hours, Karen emailed and texted me to say this was not their fault. How How is it not We booked this trip thru them…
Fast forward we are home now, and have asked for compensation because of the mental stress and added costs this caused. Karen has NOT EVEN BOTHERED to call my husband back regarding this request after she said she will call him back. We are requesting a percentage of the fee charged to utilize their services because they let us down. I have saved all emails and texts from the business, and will not refer their services to anyone until this matter is handled. Once handled I will remove all social media reviews left. I have reported this company to the BBB for resolution.
