I've traveled extensively and could not be more pleased with my experience with Jennifer. She pulled a rabbit out of a hat multiple times when unforeseen circumstances threw obstacles in the way of our trip including the airline canceling our flight completely for our departure and ending up with no seat assignments and little likelihood of sitting together for a 5 hour flight until....seamlessly she fixed it. All. Without us having the time to even stress out about things (which my husband will tell you I love to do!). At one point I announced the trip was "jinxed". Thankfully we had booked through Jennifer as I'm not sure with all the random things that went wrong we would have been able to make it all work without her. It turned out to be one of our best trips yet! Could not recommend more highly!
