I wanted to make a quick mother son trip to Orlando for a passholder Preview of Penguin Trek. I contacted Jamie to book my hotel room. I have always booked my own rooms before, but I decided to give Adventures by Jamie a try. I picked a hotel that was the sister property to two other hotels I had thoroughly enjoyed. Their website neglected to let me know that they were doing renovations. My son has sensory challenges, and this was not going to work for us. Jamie requested a quiet room, which they said they honored.

I was unhappy and unsure of what my options were. I contacted Jamie and explained what was going on. She worked her magic and was able to get me transferred to one of the sister properties. I was going to have to pay a small difference, but that was removed too. I was able to relax in our much quieter accommodations.

I have previously worked in sales and customer service. I would always tell my customers that anyone can have great customer service when everything is perfect. It is when there is a problem that you really find out. In my case, a miscommunication from the hotel caused a hiccup in my trip. Jamie came through like a superhero to save our trip. I will definitely book through her again.
