My kids have been here for over 2 years now. My experience with the staff has been great. The daycare before this one wasn't a fit for my family, but since day one when my kids started here the staff has been amazing with my kids. All the staff here show how much they care and are always welcoming. Thank you Ms. Jaiden for always keeping me informed of my child's progress throughout his time with her. He is fully potty trained thanks to her making sure he goes every hour. Thank you Mrs. Erika for the great communication.

Adventure academy is an excellent day care! The building is clean and spacious the staff is warm, kind, and caring. They made our son feel very comfortable and cared for. He learned lots of new things to help him prepared for kindergarten. I am very happy with my choice!

As Director of Nazarene Child Care, a nearby daycare, I truly appreciate the help and guidance from Adventure Academy's Owner, Director, and administrative staff. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Adventure Academy. Within just one week of my toddler starting here, he developed a diaper rash, which raised concerns about the level of attention and care he was receiving.

From the beginning, my child was labeled and misunderstood. Like many young children, he has big emotions and needs support learning to regulate them. Instead of providing this guidance, the staff at Adventure Academy chose to dismiss him and even falsely accuse him of behaviors such as using profanity, They claimed he had been doing well since he started, yet their actions told a different story as they failed to support him adequately.

Additionally, the facility keeps its doors unlocked, which raises serious safety concerns, I get there at about 6ish each morning and it’s still dark outside with the doors unlocked and ready for anyone to come in. Communication from the director was lacking and upsetting due to the lying that she constantly done on a toddler, on more than one occasion, misleading. The staff seemed overwhelmed as their student to teacher ratio is completely off, affecting the overall atmosphere and the quality of care.

This experience has been disappointing and unfair to both my child and our family. I hope Adventure Academy ill take these concerns seriously and work on creating a more supportive, honest, and safe environment for children and their families.

EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience at here. They initially promised us certain information that turned out to be false, and, without adequate notice, they suddenly removed my grandson from their program. This left his mother in a very difficult position, scrambling to find last-minute childcare, which also jeopardized her job stability. This lack of transparency and consideration is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the well-being of a child and a family’s livelihood. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone who values honesty and reliability.

My son was dismissed within the first week off starting there! It’s never good to put the blame on a baby he’s literally a baby that’s growing and starting to understand things! He’s not going to have the same understanding that a teenager would have! He’s not even 3 years old but he has a huge personality and can speak very well for a child his age! Seems to me most of these daycares want the children to just sit there and not move or speak so it’s easier on them! You’re a child care provider it’s part of your job, I mean you signed up for this! If child care is too hard for you then find another profession! My son doesn’t know for his age that he can’t do certain things that’s why we teach and you teach! He also developed a diaper rash within the week which he hasn’t had in quite some time and it was pretty bad.

I'm so grateful to have found this daycare. The staff are welcoming and diverse. The process to apply was easy and they were patient in answering any questions I had. They also go the extra mile in providing diapers, water cups, breakfast, and washing the children blankets. These things I was not getting at the other daycare my children attended. From my observations the teachers seem to enjoy teaching and caring for the children. The teachers and staff have certifications. The facility is clean. I really like that I get a daily report( which includes my children moods, and what they did that day) on how my children interacted with their peers and staff for that day. They also have cameras in each room for added security and accountability. I'm really enjoying this daycare so far. The location is nice as well. It's near the police and fire station. Thank you Adventure Academy for welcoming us to your family.

my daughter has attended here for a year and a half and she loves it! always comes home in such great moods, ready to share everything she's learned that day. they keep great communication between parents and teachers. you can tell every teacher here truly cares about the kids. I highly recommend Adventure Academy to any parents
