We just returned home from an AMAZING experience that was so much better than we imagined!!! We did the Grammy Award Winner Zach Williams Cruise on the Holland America Nieuw Statendam. We had 3 onboard Concerts and a photo shoot with Zach!!! We had Daily Devotionals with Ted Barrett, an amazing accomplished MLB umpire who is ordained and leads a nonprofit Christian Umpires organization. He was FABULOUS!! A Napa Chef, Paul Fields founder of the Salvation Army Culinary Academy gave a cooking demonstration! He does Zach Williams Meet and Greet Events before most concerts. He and Zach also do a Cook Off Competition while onboard with 2 lucky guests helping!! Not to mention our fabulous cruise to Dominican Republic, San Juan Puerto Rico, St. Thomas or the Bahamas!!!

We were so looking forward to our cruise but were severely disappointed that they didn't communicate ahead of time that David Jeremiah wouldn't be preaching due to vocal cord surgery the week before. Deceitful practices as far as I'm concerned. The company is hard to get a hold of as well. I was on hold for hours trying to ask a question or make a change. Won't be traveling through them again.

The most important thing I can share about these tour packages is that there is no information or choice of seating on the airline. Economy seats on any American airline would be relatively comfortable for an international flight. This is not the case with Turkish Airlines. Avoid economy seats on this airline at all costs. Either upgrade to business class or book your own flight with an airline you are familiar.
Also, there is way more walking involved than the tour information states, and none of it is at a leisurely pace. I found the daily walking extremely physically challenging for someone with a disability.

It's great to be retired, but in fairness, I thought the Alaska cruise was a bit overpriced by 12% or so... Nevertheless, it was the return through SeaTac airport that killed it for us. While I expect congestion on Cruise day, we were not prepared for the long lines, printing and attaching our own luggage tags, printing our own boarding pass and then dragging our luggage to the scale 50 yards away. Then it was 55 minutes to get through security; we barely made it onto the plane. How much of this can the public tolerate? I came home angry, and that isn't good.

My husband & I traveled to Israel with Kay Arthur/Precept Ministries on a tour arranged by Inspiration Tours & Travel. We are avid travelers and have high expectations. We rate Inspiration Tours & Travel a 5-Star rating for our exemplary experience with them!!

Inspiration Tours are the best in their industry! They organized our tour in the most excellent way and hassle-free for our group of over 300. They have thought of and implemented every detail from luggage tags, name tags, daily menu, room assignments, handling of luggage, airport transfers & reps assisting at airport, to an incredible schedule; a full day, but not hurried. The hotels they used for our trip were wonderful with great food. Everything was paid for. Hardly any out of pocket cost while we were in Israel.

I highly recommend Inspiration Tours & Travel. Any type of travel arranged by this company will surely be the best you will experience in your lifetime!! If we ever get a chance to do more travel in the future, it will only be through Inspiration Tours & Travel.

Israel and Jerusalem Tour with Dr. David Jeremiah Ministries, March to April, 2022.

Thanks for providing a trip I will remember forever. Respectfully, I did not go on the trip to meet or have a cup of coffee with Dr. David Jeremiah. I was sad to see mature Christians in age feeling disappointed about Dr. Jeremiah not spending one-on-one time with them and take photos with 600 mature adults. This would take a MIRCALE from Jesus! My goodness, Dr. David Jeremiah is 86 years old.
Don’t send him to see Jesus prematurely.

For me, I only wanted to see the places in the bible and spend time meeting people in Israel and Jerusalem.
Sincerely, I am satisfied with my Holy Land experience and waking up at 4:30 am each morning sitting on the balcony that overlooked Israel and Jerusalem, reading my Dr. Jeremiah ESV bible, including praying and singing to my Lord and God in the Holy Land.

Kudo’s, the Shadow Mountain Church saxophone musician playing Jewish music was GREAT, the singers and band were good also.

Inspiration Tours, I cannot imagine all the logistics, planning, and staffing that is required with making tours like this happen. May God continue to bless your organization with everything you need to keep up the good work and thank you very much!

After flying all day and night from the US to Tel Aviv Airport, upon our arrival at Hotel at Galei Kinnerath in Tiberias, the meet & greet, including dinner with Lisa and Troy, Pastors with Dr. Jeremiah Ministries was a nice touch. Troy and Lisa were on the tour bus with us for the entire trip. Evening dinner, the food they served us in the banquet room was very good and the employees customer service was excellent. Especially, the restaurant female Manager, and Mahla, a female waitress, they took really good care of us on the first evening.

Unfortunately, the food and customer service changed for the rest of the week at Galei Kinneath Hotel. The food and customer service declined to being okay. We had a different crew in the kitchen and in the restaurant. A few times breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am, the tour bus was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:00 am. I believe there some mis-communication issues with the tour guide and the restaurant staff. We missed having the hotel female Manager and Mahla taking care of us.
The first hotel, Galei Kinnerath in Tiberias was very nice. The ocean view was beautiful and the outdoor dining location was amazing. Great place for a wedding or any celebration. The food and customer service was okay.

Oddly, the showers did not have curtains. They designed showers missing glass panels to prevent the water from all over the bathroom floor. According to the other hotel guests, they had the same shower design in their rooms. I used a lot of towels to absorb the water when taking a shower.

The 2nd hotel, Orient Jerusalem - Isrotel hotel food and customer service was GREAT! Each banquet style meal was prepared for a King and Queen. You had so many food options to select from and the restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed having conversation with the restaurant and hotel staff about my life as a Christian and American. But most importantly, I enjoyed listening to them share with me about their lives and families living in Israel and Jerusalem.

Each day, I gave out 100 thank you cards to the staff at both hotels as an appreciation for their excellent service and hospitality. Next time, I will make sure to bring more thank you cards.

We paid for a guided tour of Pearl Harbour, but when we arrived our guides were informed they could not be guides. So we after we got off the bus, we were told to be back to the bus by 2PM. NO GUIDE.
