It's a hit and miss if it will take 5 minutes or an hour to be seen. I have been there and there was no one in line or in the lobby, but today it was full and I had to leave because my transportation could not wait. I recommend calling first to see if they are busy or not. Good Luck.

Parking was good going in was good the only thing I didn't care about was that you can't see the receptionist at her desk I had walked in didn't see anybody at the desk waited for a few minutes finally the lady asked me if she could help me that Is why I gave it a 4 star

I recently moved to Buena Park, CA from Chowchilla CA. My brother tried to get a new EBT card under my name pretending to be me, so they canceled my card. Which first of all, makes no sense, because if he couldn't prove he was Raul Garcia I don't see why cancel it. However , when I called the Chowchilla office Mrs. Rodriguez said she couldn't send my card out to where I'm at. To "protect me" from my brother. Yet even after I offered to go into my local social services office to prove my identity so that they can verify it for me she said NO. Simply because SHE couldn't verify my identity. Now that's horrible teamwork and lack of trust amongst themselves. I am very displeased that she's gonna make me catch a train back for 6hrs just to get my EBT card to finally get something to eat out here idk if I can even afford to honestly .

They're not very considerate, I suffer from severe migraines & I asked for the volume of the tv to be turned down & I was alone in the building she turned it down 2 notches!

Hot rude slow uncaring employees. No sitting room .
