Donna is amazing! I heard wonderful things about Donna so I decided to give her a try. She scheduled a cruise for me took care of all the arrangements flight transportation hotel EVERYTHING! Unfortunately covid19 happened and my cruise got canceled! Donna stepped in and helped get my refunds took awhile because of all the craziness but Donna did not quit! Thank you Donna you are awesome and ill be using you again in the future and thanks for putting up with me and being so nice!!!

We waited until the last day to make travel plans and called Donna for help. Without scolding me or threatening to slap my wrist, she discovered our lodgings for 2 different destinations, all while attending a workshop for other agents. We were already on the road and we communicated electronically, while juggling the GPS instructions. We were very happy with her willingness to help and would highly recommend her services to others.
