We regret to acknowledge that our recent stay at the resort did not meet my expectations. Several aspects, including the quality of the accommodations and the level of service provided, were disappointing. We hope that the management will address these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience in the future. There was roaches in my room . Not enough adult amenities and foul smell from the toilets, The restaurant food in room service food was not very edible.
