Fresh, clean, quiet room. Would have preferred daily housekeeping, but we didn't want for anything. Breakfast had a good selection and staff kept it well-stocked. Good location to walk to many places. We'll definitely stay here again!

It’s a simple and I liked the wood floorz Our room was on the corner of the hotel and on the second floor. Very comfortable for me but my husband was not a fan of the beds. The cookies in the lobby at night were a great touch and there was parking available. The breakfast was minimal but I enjoy yogurt and fruit very much. It’s across the street from a gas station for snacks and last minute foods.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very basic, nothing but the essentials and they ran out of food quickly. The room had ants--I stayed in two different rooms and both had the same ant problem so the hotel is most likely infested. Location is great but given the above details I won't be staying here again.

Stayed here as halfway point between home and Southern California. Noticed ants in room around midnight, literally crawling on the toilet paper hanging on toilet paper holder. Called front desk and got no answer. We left around 7am, sent message to property through travel app before we left Property. I never heard back contacted Orbitz I requested 50% refund which is reasonable based on having ANTS in room. Property denied they got message from me although I can see the message that I sent in the app. Property stood buy no refund policy - if you have ants in your room this hotel does nothing to address the issue.

Location is great but mattresses are very firm! Paid extra money for a bedroom with 1 king size bed but provided room with 2 queens (like an upgrade), explaining this that they do not have any rooms with king size. Why they even have this rooms on web site if they run out of them. When it’s 110 degrees outside they do not turn on AC in your room and it’s taking at least couple hours to cool down the whole room, which is making your stay uncomfortable. AC should be put at least on 75 degrees considering the heat outside.

Positive: The hotel has a decent free breakfast (with waffles) which we weren't expecting. There's also a nice patio area. The price was the best at the time for Bishop. Negative: The hotel was still pretty expensive.

Walking distance to the famous bakery. It is in the heart of Bishop, so you can take a walk from the hotel. Very clean and neat rooms, welcoming environment. Definitely recommend this place.

Positive: no comments. Negative: There were bugs in the bedroom area. Plus the room smelled really bad. Not sure why. We got to the place pretty late. And then we left in the morning for another long drive up north.
