First time RV'rs. Antioch California location:
Friendly and professional. 24' was clean and ready when we showed up. Walked us thru everything and all of the systems. I wish I had paid a bit more attention to the battery charging info. The cabin battery died every night between 1am and 3am. I thought it was how we used it. I read online that it should do what we needed it to do for much longer than a few hours - so that's on me for not checking sooner. I called Cruise America and received authorization to replace the battery. The cost of the battery came off of my total charge without a hitch. My wife will never go back to a tent! I just thought I'd give this review as I get ready to rent again from the Antioch, CA location.

The worst experience, do your research and rent elsewhere! They should pride on all their rental but unfortunately the lady who helped us blamed us for choosing another camper from the original size we booked. The toilet seat was broken, cold showers as the water heater was broken! Again, blamed us for not calling them during our trip to troubleshoot over the phone (sounds bizarre, right) let’s see, what else? The rv battery died 2x during our trip and they told us that is normal and it happens… if you don’t mind all the malfunctions during your trip, I suggest renting somewhere else that provides quality and accountability!

Don't you rent any RV from here ever. They will charge you money for even sneezing .. We had our RV washed, cleaned vacuumed 10 mins before returned but were still charged money for it.

And when starting the rental - don't even ask. If you want to have a nice trip start without worrying that if a fly hit your RV the owner will crack your pocket for it .. go somewhere else .. Honestly nothing about this location was worth.

I rented the RV from this location and nothing worked on it.
It was taped up in multiple areas and a had screws coming out and it. Not to mention itwas dirty. The vent from the refrigerator was taped up and came loose during our trip and my 2yr old son tripped over it and split his forehead. The representative took no concern when told about the incident or the condition of the RV. He charged me full price knowing that's the RV didn't work properly and my son was injured. Worst customer services I have ever seen displayed. I will never rent from this company again.

This was the worst place to rent "ZERO STAR" score, arrived for pick up, it was not ready and this was by appointment, finally drove off over an hour later, unit was not clean, microwave rusty, valves broken, hatch locks broken, door did not lock without key on outside. Get to destination and get ready to hook up when we noticed, NO SHOWER HEAD. SERIOUSLY, left message, no return call, I had to call back, checked propane reading and noticed that the black waste was showing up, interesting since we didn't use it, we used campground services. So keep this in mind. Returned RV at 5pm (after hours day before), called Sunday when I did not get a call Sat for the return, was told she would call back in 20 min. 2 hours later I get a call and was told, the RV was dirty and they found pet hair. SERIOUSLY, I SWEPT, MOPPED AND DISINFECTED THE ENTIRE RV. Then they had the nerve to charge me $50 for a dump fee for a service WE DID NOT USE, SO God forbid if you don't use the toilet or anything (remember NO shower) because we forgot to close the valve of the black waste, since we didn't complete the hook up when we realized they don't maintain the property correctly, they also charged me $250 for pet hair, yet I have NOT RECEIVED the so called pictures they said they have and that I requested. I had to call back on Tuesday to check the status because they are not customer service oriented and take your money up front so once you get the RV, Don't expect your $500 security back you won't get it that's how they make their profits and they lie about it I was told that the unit was checked in on Saturday but the paperwork all States they did nothing until Sunday when I called and made them give me information.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! WE WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.

I made an appointment to pick up my RV and they failed to mention that the water heater was out once I arrived to my appointment the RV was extremely dirty inside and out you couldn’t even see through the windshield. They decided to “clean it” but all they did was wipe down a few counters with some sanitation wipes. It took a total of three hours just to get out of there which made me late for my camping trip. I will never use Cruise America again. Worse experience ever!!

Doesn’t even deserve a one star !Horrible Service. Nan is a mean lady. Rented RV That was DANGEROUS.! Heater broken and found out with prior customer. We had 3 toddlers with 19 degree weather. The list goes on and on. Rent from somewhere else.
