Came here for work during the week. It was quiet but slept poorly. Beds were terrible and couldn’t get a good night rest. My coworkers in other rooms had the same issue with poor sleep. I woke up in pain and could feel the springs in my mattress causing pressure points

They also reported the breakfast was late and not worth the delay. My shower drain was horribly clogged which resulted in having to turn off the water to soap up as the tub filled up so quick with water. Another coworker had issues with his TV being unwatchable.

It’s seems like a nice place otherwise. The front desk girl was really nice and recommended a great spot for dinner. Stayed on the third floor. Wasn’t as moldy smelling as other hotels we’ve stayed at so I gave a star bump for these things.

But the core experience of shower, beds, and breakfast wasn’t worth the waste - even on the company card.

They charged $150 extra after we checked out. First stating it was a cleaning fee. Then stating we stole a blanket. We didn’t steal a blanket or leave a big mess. We stayed there 2 nights as a family of four. We have pictures of the room from Sunday morning. We spoke with Vikie Esparza the manager. She refused to help. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this business.

This facility is a typical Hampton Inn in design, layout and services. The facility was in good shape though I’ve seen slightly better. The staff was absolutely great; friendly, prompt and pleasant. There was a problem with the room in that apparently the seals around the HVAC unit were decayed allowing a constant influx of lady bugs and stink bugs. Though maintenance did send someone to spray around the wall unit, it didn’t work well enough and I spent some time each night getting rid of the bugs. Maintenance gent said the warmer than normal temps caused the problem, I reminded him the problem was not Mother Nature but rather a need to reseal around the units. That problem aside, I would consider use of it again if I traveled that way in the future.

Have used this hotel several times due to the location. Pool and hot tub are DISGUSTING!! You can see the green around the walls and bottom. Staff have flat affect. Rooms need repair and updating.

Great location, hotel is very pretty. Rooms were very nice, the indoor pool was great. Nice big hot tub and it’s nice that it’s indoors so anyone can use during any time of the year. Nice continental breakfast, yummy waffles. There’s a nice snack area if you need anything last minute and don’t feel like leaving. Nice little bar area as well. Great set up and would love to stay here again. Only complaint is that there was never a staff member behind the desk. Not sure where he was but aside from that it was a lovely stay and would definitely come here again if I’m in the area.

Just visited family in Antioch IL before attending a wedding in Milwaukee. Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and inviting. Rooms were very clean, although a bit dated, but this did not affect our stay. Would stay again if needed. Breakfast was good, staff polite. This hotel has a bar and a video gaming room in addition to a nice patio outside. Thank you for having us!

The staff stole a shirt of mine and lied about it.

I had rented a suit and accidentally left the shirt behind. I did not bother checking for all of my suit clothes until a few days later, as the suit was not due back until then. I called to ask if they had it, which they told me that they did not. I called again later to let them know that I was certain that I had left it there, but the lady I spoke to told me that they did not have it.

These following complaints are less important to me, but because I am rather pissed off about having to pay 40 dollars so that a hotel staff member gets a free shirt, I will complain about everything else now as well.

First, I had called ahead to ask if I could check in early, as I had plans later in the day. I was told by the lady I spoke to that I could check in at 2:30pm instead of 3pm, so I told her on the phone that I would be there at that time to check in. I arrived at 2:31pm that same day to check in, however, no one was at the desk to help me for about six straight minutes. After a staff member finally appeared, she helped me to check in, but she took an extremely long time. I understand that asking to check in early is likely not extremely common and that I am asking a favor, but I did call ahead. The lady also appeared to be on the phone the entire time she was helping me, as she had some kind of earpiece in her ear. If I remember correctly, she also had a walkie-talkie, presumably to communicate with other staff members. I was in a hurry, so the fact that I had to wait for someone to help me, the fact that I was basically being ignored, and the fact that the lady took forever to check me in was annoying.

The hotel has an ugly greenish color siding that is not shown on the pictures on Google, and one of the lamps in my room did not work. That's it, the end.

I came here New Years Eve. I stayed in the Presidential Suite on the 3rd floor and it has a pretty nice view of the lake i was not expecting. Staff was friendly on arrival and room was very clean. I didnt get a chance to visit the Bar on site but seemed like a happy atmosphere. Parking was easy access and cars werent stacked on top of each other too bad. The free breakfast had solid options and everything i had was fresh.
