I was a bit weary about using a travel agent when planning my honey moon, but BOY AM I GLAD I DID. My agent has worked so hard through this pandemic to ensure that my new wife and I are taken care of.

ALSO! Did you know that there is absolutely NO COST to you? They are paid by the companies they book for! Why wouldn’t you let someone handle the stress of finding flights and booking the small details!?! Call them as soon as this is over and start paying off your next trip!

Terrible experience. Agent didn’t include our TSA pre-check info so we had to wait in long security lines.

She emailed packages with prices. We chose one and paid her. Then, we literally did not hear from her again except to send us a link about masks after I asked her a question.

She gave no additional help as far as telling us that we needed to apply for Health Visas to enter the country we were visiting. If I had not read all of the fine print, we would have had no idea.

When I asked her if the country required masks, I did finally receive a response but it was simply a link to click to find out for myself about the requirements. Again, no personal touch. She took our money and felt her job was completed, I guess.

I texted her the morning we were leaving to let her know she hadn’t included our TSA info. No response. Texted her again and asked her to please get it added before we left to return in 5 days. Again, not a word of response from her.

I texted her again this morning and told her that I was surprised that she had not responded to any of my texts or tried to help us at all. Once again, not a response.

We used this one because she was a friend of a friend; however, we will go back to using the one we’ve formerly used who treated us like family and kept in contact with us right up yo the moment we left and then sent us a message welcoming us home and wondering how our trip was.

I would strongly advise others to use a different travel agency. I know we certainly will.

We were quoted a price, went in the next morning and the trip was 1600.00 more, so we went home and booked it online, same trip, same dates, same hotel and flight with same times for cheaper than the "quoted" original price. I guess what I'm trying to say is it was cheaper and easier to do it ourselves. There are too many sites dedicated to doing just that.

Terrible experience! No communication from the agent, no explanation of expenses and charged us for extras we asked specifically not to be added. The biggest thing is the hotel accommodations. He put three people in one room without asking us otherwise. We are a married couple and a mother of 70 years old, WHY would you put us in the same room? This was the worst experience I've ever had!
If he just asked simple questions instead of forcing his plan on us things could have been different. DO NOT use this service!!!!
