The only morning aurora tour in Fairbanks! Grace was very friendly, punctual for the pickup, and helpful with sharing tips for aurora photo taking. The weather was kind of cloudy but Grace decided to take the chance to bring me out and am glad she did so! We saw a mama and baby moose as well ?

Horrible experience, my friend and I booked a snowshoe hike in advance and expected to get communication on what to expect as well as confirmation on our pick up situation since we didn’t stay at a hotel. We patiently waited after calling and emailing the company but no response ever occurred. The day of the tour we showed up to the given address and the transportation never showed. It was truly a horrible experience and they charged our card so we had to call our bank to challenge the transaction. I don’t recommend this company.

Beware! This is not a reputable company. They have bilked me out of $75. I booked their snowshoeing tour for 3/28 2023 on 2/10/2023 and cancelled on 3/18/2023. I still have not received a refund.They do not answer e-mail nor do they answer their phone.
Stay away from them!!!

I went on the early morning Aurora Chase. It was cloudy, but our guide Grace had lots of different places to take me to try to see it. She was very knowledgeable about Aurora and the area since she is a born & raised local. She even learned something new on the tour. The roaring Musk Ox was fun to see. Not sure if it was purring or warning us as we woke the beast ?. She is a safe driver and recommended you try her tour.

Just like the other reviews, no show. Waiting for 30 mins at 6am outside for the van to come and nobody showed. Called and no answer, didn’t even ring, just went to a voicemail. Viator called and no answer as well. Kind of ridiculous. If you aren’t going to show up then why even offer tours? Disappointed. Thankfully I am getting a refund, but like come on.

Had a trip booked with them, no communication, did not pick us up at 6 am at the hotel, booking was done through viator, viator tried to contact them, they did not even respond to viator, do not use.
