Reservation was made in MAY2023 for a 12ft truck to be picked up at the end of JUNE2023. We get to Budget and they tell us they simply "don't have a truck to rent us" and sent us away while mentioning "they would do their best to find something". Leaving us stranded WITHOUT A TRUCK because they "already rented them all to the calpoly students". They would not accommodate for us due to them "being able to rent any truck they find to the next person at double the rate we locked in during our reservation we made a month in advance. Bait and switch!!! Beware. I booked a 12' box truck. When I arrived they said they didn't have the size I booked, but would give me a bigger one at the same cost. They proceeded to create a reservation with Budget Cars which is also serviced through their new location (different system than the Budget Truck system) and charged me higher rate. I didn't notice as we specifically discussed it would be the same rate. I never got a receipt upon returning. Once I received my credit card statement I saw a "no-show" fee for the original truck reservation of $75, then the higher rate for the "car" reservation. I got the no-show fee reversed by Budget Trucks, but I had to go into the office for the overcharge and they said they couldn't do anything since it was more than 5 days after the truck was returned. Scammers!!! Go elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. Awful phone representatives, extremely rude and took forever to answer their phones whenever they actually did pick up. It was like no one knew how to do their job. No one was there when we went to pick up our vehicle and had to wait over an hour before they showed up. They rented us a dirty, sandy, trash filled, busted up vehicle. Worst experience ever. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Had a reservation on a large truck for a week prior to picking up. After hiring labor, taking time off from work, calling in friends and another truck to help, I was called the day before the move and told truck would not be available. She didn't care about how this would affect us and our move. She acted like she didn't have time for me and then hung up mid sentence in a 30 second phone call. These people are the worse. Too bad I can't give 0 stars! Don't waste your money here. Call Uhaul or Penske.

This location had great service! We dropped off our truck and had to catch a plane. One of the guys even gave us a ride to the airport. Also, they disposed our packaging material for us without extra charge. Overall, we had a great experience at the location in Colorado and this one. These guys rock! Thank you!

Bad experience.Their truck was an older model and it was the worst experience driving it. When picking up the truck was not told everything and only found out once I returned it. U Haul is the same price but they didn’t have the truck I needed available. Only choose them if you can’t get anything else for the same price.

These people are the worst. Didn't have our rental ready. Called the day before our reservation to tell me they didn't have the towing equipment I needed. So unprofessional I can't believe it. Take your business else where.
